Räumliche Bewehrung für Beton, insbesondere für vorgefertigte
Deckenplatten

Spatial reinforcement for concrete, especially for prefabricated
Ceiling tiles
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
advantageously in the area of the inclined legs of the lattice girders next to the longitudinal bars forming the lower chord.
The middle longitudinal bar of the individual mat parts is arranged as an upper chord bar on the inside at the top of the triangular support. The longitudinal bars forming the lower chords are expediently located above the transverse bars; they can be designed as multiple bars in a manner known per se.
First of all, the new reinforcement has the advantage that, simply by deforming a flat reinforcement mat in straight axes parallel to each other, an unfolded spatial structure, which is truss-like in its rigidity, is created, which can be used to reinforce prefabricated concrete ceiling slabs, with its lower Parts, that is to say the lower chord bars located in the area of the horizontal cross bars connecting the individual girders, are concreted in and the upper parts of the triangular girders protrude upwards. If the longitudinal bars forming the lower chords have a large cross-section so that they are also sufficient as reinforcement for the finished solid ceiling, then the prefabricated slab does not need its own supporting reinforcement.
However, continuous transverse reinforcement must then be present, which can be achieved, for example, by installing additional transverse rods.
The reinforcement according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 shows a plan view of a section of a reinforcement mat intended for the production of the new reinforcement, FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the deformed reinforcement structure, and FIG. 3 shows a side view of the reinforcement structure.
In the welded wire mesh shown in Fig. 1, the longitudinal bars - 1, 2, 3 - are in relation to one another
EMI2.1
etc. zigzag curved rods --5 - arranged, which are symmetrical to the lines of symmetry S-S and the longitudinal rods - 2 - at an acute angle between two transverse rods
EMI2.2
The welded wire mesh shown in Fig. 1 is intended to be bent into the shape shown in Fig. 2 in cross section. By bending the transverse bars --4-- downwards in the area of the symmetry line S-S and bending the transverse bars --4-- in the area of the longitudinal bars and 3-- in the opposite direction, the unfolded reinforcement structures shown in cross-section in Fig. 2 are created. The zigzag-shaped rods --5 - also lay from above over the rod - 2 - that forms the upper chord and provide additional security for the same.
The individual girders of the reinforcement structure are connected by the horizontal legs of the cross bars --4--.
The reversal points of the zigzag-shaped bent bars --5 - expediently reach right up to the bars - 1 or 3 - forming the lower chords, so that they can still be reliably grasped by the concrete of the thin prefabricated building board, which is shown in FIG Lines is indicated.
On the construction site, the reinforcement structures consisting of connected lattice girders are simply placed on the actual load-bearing reinforcement and, if necessary, connected to it, for example tied up. The lower bars - 1 and 3 - can also be used for the load-bearing reinforcement.
Taking into account the permissible tensions, it is possible to design the bars - 1 and 3 -, which form the lower chords, in such a way that they alone develop the full load-bearing functions.
But then additional cross bars have to be arranged as distributor reinforcement.
