  Mit einer Wicklung versehenes, durch ein an sich bekanntes Wickelverfahren hergestelltes und flachgepresstes Blechpaket 
Um isoliert geblätterte Wendepolkerne zu erzeugen war es bisher üblich, einzelne gestanzte Bleche (mit Papier oder Lack isoliert) zu schichten und mit Nieten, die durch Rohre und Kappen isoliert wurden, zu verbinden. Eine weitere Fertigungsmöglichkeit besteht darin, diese gestanzten Bleche durch Klebung zu verbinden. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft ein mit einer Wicklung versehenes, durch ein an sich bekanntes Wickelverfahren hergestelltes und flach gepresstes Blechpaket, insbesondere einen Wendepol, bei dem   erfindungsgemäss   das Blechpaket zusammen mit der auf das Paket aufgebrachten Wicklung, insbesondere der Polspule einer Giessharztränkung und Aushärtung, unterzogen ist, wodurch es einen mechanischen Bearbeitungen standhaltenden rüttelfesten Körper bildet. 



   Aus der österr. Patentschrift Nr. 120335 ist zwar ein als Ringkern gewickelter und flachgedrückter Transformatorkern bekanntgeworden, jedoch ist in dieser Patentschrift nicht angegeben, in welcher

   In der deutschen Auslegeschrift 1155527 ist in allgemeiner Art ein Verfahren beschrieben, Polspulen auf Polkörpern zu vergiessen. Ein Vergiessvorgang ist jedoch nicht einem Tränkvorgang gleichzusetzen. Der Tränkvorgang beruht hauptsächlich auf dem vollständigen Füllen der Hohlräume und Spalten durch Kapillarwirkung, während der Giessvorgang rein oberflächlich erfolgt. 



   Der Vorteil des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens liegt in der Zeitersparnis bei der Herstellung. Es fällt das Stanzen und Nieten weg. Bei den bereits bekannten aus Blechband gewickelten Kernen für Transformatoren oder für Spulen von elektrischen Maschinen handelt es sich um Ringkerne, die in der genannten Form verbleiben, während bei den Kernen für Wendepole das gewickelte Blechpaket zu einem kompakten Kern gepresst und zusammen mit der Wicklung verfestigt wird. 



   Das erfindungsgemässe Blechpaket ist in den schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellt, wobei Fig. l eine Ansicht, teilweise im Schnitt, und Fig. 2 eine Aufsicht zeigen. Fig. 3a und 3b zeigen im Querschnitt und in Ansicht den aus dem Bandmaterial gewickelten Wendepolkern. In sämtlichen Figuren ist mit das Bandmaterial,   mit--2--der   flache Dorn des Wendepolkernes und   mit--3-die   Wicklung bezeichnet.

   In the German Auslegeschrift 1155527 a method is described in a general way to cast pole coils on pole bodies. However, a casting process is not to be equated with a soaking process. The impregnation process is mainly based on the complete filling of the cavities and crevices by capillary action, while the pouring process takes place purely on the surface.



   The advantage of the method according to the invention lies in the saving of time during manufacture. There is no punching or riveting. The already known cores for transformers or for coils of electrical machines, which are wound from sheet metal strip, are toroidal cores that remain in the form mentioned, while in the case of the cores for reversible poles, the wound laminated core is pressed into a compact core and solidified together with the winding .
