Würfelschneidmaschine für Speck, Wurst und andere Lebensmittel, bei der das Schneidgut mittels eines in einem Schneidgutmagazin in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene schrittweise mit bis zu einem Maximalwert einstellbaren Vorschubschritten bewegten Stempels gegen eine Schneidvorrichtung gefördert wird, die aus zwei kreuzweise zueinander hin-und her-bzw. auf-und abbewegten Messergattern mit Messern zum Schneiden des Gutes entgegen der Vorschubrichtung des Stempels und einem nachgeordneten Kuttermesser zum Schneiden quer zur Vorschubrichtung besteht,
