  Elastische Kupplung 
Es sind bereits elastische Kupplungen bekannt, bei welchen zur Verbindung zweier Wellen vieroder sechskantige Nabenstücke vorgesehen sind, die durch Formkörper aus Gummi miteinander verbunden werden, die aussen rund und innen den kantigen Nabenstücken entsprechend ausgenommen sind. 



   Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine einfach und billig herzustellende elastische Kupplung, deren Wesen darin besteht, dass die mit Keilnuten versehenen, vorzugsweise sechskantigen Nabenstücke durch einen, auf diese aufschiebbaren Gummischlauch verbunden sind, der durch Schlauchschellen festgehalten ist. 



   Es können also handelsübliche Schläuche bzw. abgeschnittene Stücke solcher Verwendung finden. 



  Je nach dem diese länger oder kürzer sind, ist die Kupplung auch verstellbar und durch die leichte Auswechselbarkeit des Schlauches in einfachster Weise zu reparieren. 



   In den Zeichnungen ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. l die Seitenansicht einer Antriebskupplung, zur Hälfte im Schnitt, und Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht hiezu. Fig. 3 veranschaulicht in Seitenansicht und Fig.4 in Stirnansicht ein Nabenstück. 



   Die beiden sechskantigen   Nabenstücke --1-- sind mit Keilnuten --5-- und   Bohrungen - für Wurmschrauben versehen und werden auf die Wellenstummel aufgekeilt. Ein starker Gummischlauch-2--, der ein Cord-Gewebe enthält, wird über die beiden Nabenstücke geschoben. Die Kanten der letzteren drücken sich hiebei in den Gummischlauch ein, so dass dieser bei Antrieb einer der beiden Wellen mitgenommen wird. Ausserdem wird der Schlauch noch durch je eine Schlauchschelle --3-- die durch eine Schraube--4--zusammengezogen wird, an die Nabenstücke angepresst. 



   Eine derartige Kupplung hält auch die Fliehkräfte aus, welche bei hoher Drehzahl auftreten. Es kann sogar bei voller Belastung aus dem einen Drehsinn plötzlich in den andern übergegangen werden, ohne dass die Kupplung beschädigt wird. 



   Schliesslich ist es möglich, zwei von der gleichachsigen Lage um einen kleineren Winkel abweichende Wellen zu kuppeln, ohne dass der Gummischlauch sich zu stark erhitzt.

Elastic couplings are already known in which four or six-sided hub pieces are provided for connecting two shafts, which are connected to one another by molded bodies made of rubber which are round on the outside and correspondingly excluded from the angular hub pieces on the inside.



   The subject of the invention is a simple and cheap to manufacture elastic coupling, the essence of which is that the keyway, preferably hexagonal hub pieces are connected by a rubber hose that can be pushed onto them and held in place by hose clamps.



   Commercially available hoses or cut pieces of such use can therefore be used.



  Depending on whether these are longer or shorter, the coupling can also be adjusted and, thanks to the hose being easy to replace, can be easily repaired.



   An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a side view of a drive coupling, half in section, and FIG. 2 shows an end view thereof. FIG. 3 illustrates a hub piece in a side view and FIG. 4 in an end view.



   The two hexagonal hub pieces --1-- are provided with keyways --5-- and holes - for worm screws and are keyed onto the shaft stub. A strong rubber hose-2--, which contains a cord fabric, is pushed over the two hub pieces. The edges of the latter press into the rubber hose so that it is carried along when one of the two shafts is driven. In addition, the hose is pressed against the hub pieces by a hose clamp - 3 - which is pulled together by a screw - 4 -.



   Such a clutch also withstands the centrifugal forces that occur at high speed. Even under full load, it is possible to suddenly switch from one direction of rotation to the other without damaging the coupling.



   Finally, it is possible to couple two shafts deviating from the coaxial position by a smaller angle without the rubber hose heating up too much.
