Quick coupling, for those with coupling bolts
Attachments to tractors with hydraulics
The invention relates to a further embodiment of the quick coupling for attachments provided with coupling bolts on tractors with hydraulics, on the two lower links of which the bearings for the coupling with the attachment can be attached, with two bearings connected by a spacer for the two lateral coupling bolts of the attachment , over which feed sliding surfaces are provided for automatic bolt insertion when the tractor is reversing and the handlebars are hydraulically raised, according to patent no. 250083.
The locking cam latch described in the parent patent for locking the coupling bolts of the attachment in the two bearings is designed there as a double lever pivotable about an axis, the front surface of which locks the coupling bolt in the bearing and the entry of the coupling bolt of the attachment into the bearing its locking position is displaced and after the coupling bolt has passed through, the action of the tension spring returns it to the locking position.
This design of the locking cam latch has the disadvantage that the front surface must be adapted to the dimensions of the respective coupling bolt, since only in this way is a resilient pivoting back into the blocking position possible after the coupling bolt has passed through. However, since the dimensions of the cylindrical coupling bolts on the attachments differ as well as spherical coupling bolts to facilitate the coupling process, a locking cam latch must be used, which can be easily adapted to the respective dimensions of the coupling bolts and, on the other hand, free entry of the coupling bolt into the bearing and in the locked state this coupling bolt is fixed in the bearing.
For this purpose, according to the invention, a locking cam is provided which is provided with a recess for the entry of the coupling bolt and a sliding catch and a stop surface for the engagement of a locking pin resilient in the bearing housing and which is pivotable in the bearing housing and which in the open and closed position for the coupling bolt through the a traction means can be fixed from the tractor seat controllable locking pin. The locking pin expediently has wedge-shaped locking surfaces.
In the drawings, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in Fig. 1 in cross section through the bearings and in Fig. 2 in plan. As far as the construction elements match the parent patent, they have been given the same reference numbers, while the new construction elements have been started with reference number - 25 -. In the case of the quick coupling described in the parent patent, two bearings - 5 connected by a bracket - 6 - are used for the coupling bolts-A-of the relevant attachment, which is connected to the hydraulic control arms of the 1st additional patent No. 261276.

Tractor is to be coupled.
In the illustrated embodiment, the spacer bracket --5-- is connected to the housing - 8 - of the bearings - 6-- by spherical coupling bolts - 5a--, thus pivotable. These bearings - 6 - are designed as half bearing bushes which are welded into the housing --8--. Above the bearings - 6 - in the housing - 8 - funnel-shaped sliding surfaces - 9, 9 a and 9 b - are welded in, which enable the feeding of the coupling bolts - A - together with a hook formation - 12 - of the Housing - 8 - into the bearing - 6 - when the tractor is reversing against this coupling bolt - A - even if the two parts do not match exactly, by sliding the coupling bolts - A - on

According to the invention, a locking cam - 25 - is used around an axis - 26 - fastened in the bearing housing - 8 - to lock coupling bolts - A - of any configuration, in the bearing and for the unimpeded entry of the same into the bearing. is pivotable and on its outer circumference a recess --27-- for the coupling bolt-A-, a sliding catch --28-- and a stop surface - 28a - for one in the bearing housing --8-- under the action of a compression spring - -32-- displaceably mounted locking pin - 29 -, the lower end of which has two wedge-shaped locking surfaces -30- and the upper end of which is provided with an eyelet --31-- on which the traction means - 16, which can be controlled from the tractor seat - Is attachable.
The mode of operation of the device described is as follows: Before the coupling of the attachment, which is provided with the coupling bolt of any design - A -, the locking cam - 25 - assumes the position shown in FIG. 1 in dash-dotted lines, in which the bearing housing - 8 - - open at the top
