Feeding device for spinning or spinning and frizzing machines that process hair or fiber material

The invention consists in the fact that the conveyor belt runs in a known manner transversely to the ejection direction or parallel to the Hechel drum and that the quotient of the Hechel drum length and the conveyor belt speed is 5-10 seconds at a drum speed of 600 to 800 rev / min. When the conveyor belt is at a standstill, a fleece would form on it, the longitudinal distribution of which corresponds to the transverse distribution of the preliminary fleece fed to the Hechel unit. Due to the movement of the conveyor belt, however, all the irregularities in the transverse distribution of the preliminary web are compensated for.
The slower the conveyor belt moves along the hackle drum for a certain length, the more hairs or fibers fall on each conveyor belt section and the greater the equalization effect, which is equivalent to multiple doubling. On the other hand, however, the same effect can also be achieved if the width of the hacking unit or the length of the hacking drum is increased with increased conveyor belt speed. So it essentially only depends on how long each conveyor belt section is guided along the Hechel drum, and it has been shown that this period of time should have the specified value when the Hechel unit is running under normal conditions.
The device according to the invention therefore has the advantage of simplifying the construction by eliminating the vibrating shaft or other devices for smoothing the fleece and the possibility of increasing the speed or performance, since the speed of the conveyor belt is only in relation to the unit width or drum length and these are easily increased can.
In order to be able to supply the Hechel unit with a correspondingly wide preliminary fleece, it is advisable to place a transversely directed conveyor belt in front of the Hechel unit's inlet conveyor belt, which only brings a narrow fleece in front of it, and to provide a discharge device for the section of the hair delivered by the conveyor belt in its area - or sliver with a predetermined length passes the inlet conveyor belt of the Hechel unit.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown purely schematically in one embodiment, u. Between FIGS. 1 and 2 show a loading device for a spinning or spinning and framing machine in side view and in plan view.
The charging device according to the invention consists of an inlet conveyor belt 1, an inlet roller pair 2, a Hechel drum 3 and a downstream conveyor belt 4. The conveyor belt 4 is arranged transversely to the ejection direction or parallel to the Hechel drum 3. The hacking unit 1, 2,3 has a relatively large width or drum length. The material to be processed, such as plant fibers, sea or alpine grass, sisal, coconut fibers, animal hair and the like. Like., is fed as a wide preliminary fleece from the inlet conveyor belt 1 via the pair of rollers 2 to the hackle 3, dissolved by this and ejected onto the conveyor belt 4, from where it is fed to a spinning station via a roller conveyor or the like.
The speed of the conveyor belt 4 and the length of the Hechel drum 3 or the unit width are coordinated so that each conveyor belt section is guided along the drum 3 in a period of 5 to 10 seconds and is exposed to material ejection during this period.
