Schnürhaken
EMI1.1
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Lace hook
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
of the hook a groove extending in the direction of the hook width is arranged. To prevent the inventive lace hook or its upper free leg from bending open, a bolt is used, according to a preferred feature of the invention, which connects the upper free hook leg to the lower hook leg.
According to a further feature of the invention, this bolt can also serve as the axis of a roller for the lace, which on the one hand facilitates the lacing and on the other hand can largely prevent the lace from chafing through. Shoehooks with rollers, which are mounted on a bolt connecting the hook legs, are known per se, but in the inventive design of the shoelace through the use of a roller inside the shoehook between the upper and the lower leg and the arrangement one Groove on the web or back of the hook gives the advantages that on the one hand stronger frictional forces between the lace and the hook can be dispensed with and on the other hand a fixation of the lace on the hook is possible.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing by means of exemplary embodiments. FIG. 1 shows a lace hook in cross section and FIG. 2 shows the same lace hook in plan view. Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of a lace hook in cross section and FIG. 4 shows the same lace hook in plan view.
In FIG. 5, the partial view of a ski boot equipped with the lace hooks according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is shown.
The lace hook according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a lower hook shank 1 on which a hole 2 is arranged. The lower hook shank 1 is used to fasten the shoelace hook, for example, with the upper leather of a shoe, the hole 2 being used to carry out the fastening rivet. Furthermore, the lace hook according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has an upper hook shank 3.
A groove 4 extending in the direction of the width of the hook is arranged on the web of the lace hook which connects the upper hook shank 3 to the lower hook shank 1. The upper hook leg 3 is also connected to the lower hook leg 1 by a bolt 5 which is welded to the two hook legs 1, 3. The bolt 5 serves to prevent the upper free hook shank 3 from bending up and also serves as an axis of a roller 6 for the lace.
In the embodiment according toFig. 3 and 4, 1 again denotes the lower hook shank, 3 the upper hook shank, 4 denotes the groove running on the web of the hook in the direction of the hook width, 5 denotes the bolt connecting the two hook legs 1,3 and 6 denotes the roller attached to bolt 5 . The difference between the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 compared to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is that two holes 2 are provided on the lower hook shank, which are used to accommodate the fastening rivets for fastening the lace hook, for example on the upper leather of a shoe.
The use of two fastening rivets for each hook has the advantage over only one fastening rivet that the hook cannot pivot. Furthermore, the bolt 5 connecting the upper hook shank 3 to the lower hook shank 1 is riveted to the outside of the two hook shanks 1, 3, the flat rivet heads being denoted by 5 '.
FIG. 5 illustrates the use of the lace hooks according to the invention (especially according to FIGS. 3 and 4) in a lace fastener for ski boots. The lace hooks are riveted to the upper leather 7 of the ski boot in the usual way, the lower hook leg of the lace hook lying below the upper leather 7, so that only the heads 8 of the rivets with which the lower hook legs are attached to the upper leather 7 are visible. On the third pair of hooks from below, the lace 9 is wrapped around the relevant lace hook and thereby fixed, so that the lace pressure below the third pair of hooks is maintained regardless of the lace pressure above the mentioned pair of hooks.
Of course, it doesn't have to be the third pair of hooks where the lace is wrapped around the lace hook. Furthermore, the lacing can be wrapped around several, even all, pairs of hooks.
