Je nachdempb man
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

Container with cap
The invention relates to a container with a closure cap, in which a stopper with at least one opening for filling the container is connected to the container or to the cap.
This stopper can be pressed into the part connected to it.
It has already been proposed to fill tubes and similar containers through the closure cap, but the sealing of the filling opening after filling has been associated with difficulties.
The purpose of the invention is to propose a new solution in this regard, which enables the automatic filling of containers such as tubes or the like in a very simple manner.
The container according to the invention with a closure cap is characterized in that the stopper is designed as a hollow stopper and that a spike-like part is provided which closes the filling opening of the stopper when it is pressed in.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, u. between: Fig. 1 shows a container mouthpiece with a closure cap, on the right in the filling position, on the left after filling is complete, Fig. 2 shows another embodiment of the container mouthpiece with a closure cap in the filling position (right) or in the position after filling (left), 3 shows another design of a container mouthpiece with a closure cap in the filling position, FIG. 4 shows a variant of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows a screw cap before filling, FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of the container mouthpiece with a completely screwed-on closure cap, FIG Container mouthpiece with a hollow stopper with a dome, and FIG. 8 shows the same embodiment as in FIG. 7 with a screwed-on closure cap.
According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the container (not shown in more detail) has a mouthpiece 1 which has a mandrel 2 inside through webs 3 in the center. On the mouthpiece 1, a cap 4 is placed, which can be adjusted in height by means of a thread 5. The cap 4 has an inwardly projecting annular nose 6 which, in the highest position of the cap 4, comes to rest against an edge 7 of the mouthpiece. In the interior of the cap 4 there is provided a mouthpiece 8 which is drilled through in the middle and which is held in the cap 4 by means of webs 9 arranged in a star shape. In this way, a central bore 10 remains in the cap, with which the tip of the dome 2 corresponds. Furthermore, there is an annular gap 11 between the inner wall of the cap 4 and the mouthpiece 8, through which the filling can take place.
When the filling is complete, this annular gap 11 is closed by a hollow plug 12 which is inserted into the annular gap 11 or held in place by means of tear-off notches. When placing a filling head 13, the filling material is introduced into the container or into the tube in the direction of the arrows. After filling is complete, the hollow stopper 12 is pressed into the cap 4, as can be seen from the left-hand side in FIG.
If you want to remove the filling material from the container or tube, the cap 4 is unscrewed somewhat so that the tip of the dome 2 exposes the mouth of the bore 10. Depending on the person
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
more or less the cap 4 rotates upwards, a certain dosage of the filling material to be removed is brought about. Another embodiment is shown in FIG. The mouthpiece 14 of the container or the tube carries a cap 15, which is again adjustable in height by means of a thread arrangement 16 '. The height adjustment is limited by a protruding nose 17 of the cap 15, which comes to rest against an edge 18 in the highest position.
A cup-shaped part 19 is arranged in the mouthpiece 14, which is held by means of radially distributed webs 19 'in such a way that passage openings remain open all around. In the cup 19, a mandrel 20 is centrally arranged, which serves as a closure.
In the central bore of the cap 15, a two-part hollow plug 21, 22 is provided, of which the inner part 21 is provided with a spray opening 23. The filling takes place primarily through the star-shaped gaps 24 provided on the edge of the plug part 22. In the right half of FIG. 2, the path of the filling is indicated by arrows. When the filling is complete, the stopper 21, 22 is pressed into the cap 15, as can be seen from the left half of FIG.
To remove filling material from the container, the cap 15 is screwed upwards.
In Fig. 3, a further embodiment of the subject invention is shown. The mouthpiece is labeled 25. A long mandrel 26 protruding from the mouthpiece is held in this by means of webs 27. In addition, a cap 28 is provided which is screwed onto the mouthpiece 25 through thread 29. The lowest position is limited by the lower edge of the cap, which strikes a projecting edge 30 of the mouthpiece 25. Furthermore, a hollow plug 31 is provided, which consists of two concentric sleeves which can receive the mandrel 26 in the middle in a sealing manner. The hollow plug 31 can be inserted into the corresponding annular space 32 of the cap 28 or is fastened there by means of tear-off notches.
From Fig. 3, the position before the filling can be seen. After filling, the hollow stopper 31 is pressed into the cap 28, whereupon the latter is ventilated for the purpose of removing material from the container. The good. exits through the annular spaces around the mandrel 26 and through the bore of the hollow plug 31.
Another variant is shown in FIG. A container mouthpiece 33 carries a screw cap 34 and is adjustable in height by means of a thread 35. The lower edge of the cap 34 strikes an annular edge 36 in the lowest position. In the interior of the mouthpiece 33, a mandrel 37 is held centrally by webs 38, the mouthpiece 33 ringing around the mandrel 37 at a fairly high level in order to achieve a better seal. At the upper edge of the cap 34, a hollow stopper 39 consisting of two connected sleeves is held by means of tear-off notches 40, the position shown corresponding to that during the filling process. The filling material enters the interior of the container through the central bore of the hollow plug 39 and through the annular spaces around the mandrel 37.
After the filling is complete, the hollow stopper 39 is pressed into the cap 34. In order to remove filling material, the cap 34 is screwed up a little.
In Fig. 5, a screw cap 41 is shown which has a thread 42 that fits the thread of the container mouthpiece. The cover of the screw cap is pierced and a mandrel 44 is held centrally in the bore 43 by webs 45. An annular space remains between the mandrel 44 and the wall of the bore 43, through which filling material can be introduced from above with the cap 41 screwed on. A sleeve-like hollow plug 47 is placed on the edge 46 of the bore 43, through which the filling material can get into the interior of the container in the direction of the arrow 48.
After the filling is complete, the hollow plug 47 is pressed into the bore 43, whereby the mandrel 44 is tightly enclosed.
In Fig. 6, a further embodiment of the subject invention is shown. The mouthpiece 51 with thread 52 carries a closure cap 53 and is provided with a bore 54 into which a hollow plug 55 is loosely inserted or fastened by means of tear-off notches. The hollow plug 55 is provided with a bore 57 and has a thin point 59 in its top surface in the middle, which is pierced after the filling. This thin point 59 can also hang from the ceiling by means of a tear-off notch a mandrel 58 of smaller diameter, the top surface of which consists of the aforementioned thin plate 59. Furthermore, tear-off notches can be provided so that the top surface of the mandrel can be torn off or pressed in.
After the filling is complete, the hollow plug 55 is pressed into the bore 54 by a punch in the filling head, so that the container is completely closed and the filling head can be removed
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
can.
If the container or the tube is to be used, the ring 60 and thus the thin plate 59 are cut off or torn off with the aid of the notch. Another possibility consists in providing a mandrel 64 in the middle of the closure cap 53, which when the cap 53 is completely screwed on pushes the thin plate 59 into the interior of the hollow plug, as can be seen from FIG. 6. The aforementioned mandrel 64 is attached by webs 65 in the ceiling of the cap. A limitation for the screwing movement of the closure cap 53 is the contact of a lower annular bead 66 with an annular bead 67 of the mouthpiece.
A somewhat different embodiment is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. In a mouthpiece 71 with thread 72, a hollow plug 73 is either inserted loosely (on the left in the drawing) or a hollow plug 73 ′ is connected by means of a tear-off notch 74 (right half of the drawing). Bores 75 again serve as filling openings. The hollow plug 73 or 73 ′ carries a dome 76 which is connected to the actual hollow plug by means of tear-off notches 77. The dome 76 can be provided with longitudinal ribs 78. After filling, the hollow stopper is pressed in by means of a punch provided in the filling head, so that the container or tube is tightly closed.
If a suitable closure cap 79 with a thread 80 (FIG. 8) is screwed on, a central bore 81 provided in the interior of the closure cap 79 will receive the dome 76 of the hollow plug 73 or 73 'and press it downwards so that it attaches tears off the notches 77. The dome 76 then sits on the surface 83 of the hollow plug 73 or 73 ′ through an edge 82. The screw limitation of the closure cap 79 results from the seating of a lower annular bead 84 on an annular bead 85 of the mouthpiece. As a result of the pressing in, the dome 76 is firmly seated in the bore 81 of the closure cap 79. This sticking can be reinforced by the arrangement of longitudinal ribs 81 ′ in the bore 81.
If the closure cap is unscrewed, the dome 76 is held in the bore 81 of the closure cap 79 so that the filling material can be removed from the container or tube.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A container with a closure cap, in which a stopper with at least one opening for filling the container is connected to the container or to the cap, which stopper can be pressed into the part connected to it, characterized in that the stopper is a hollow stopper (12) and that a spike-like part (2) is provided which closes the filling opening (10) of the plug when it is pressed in.
