Als Beschleuniger kommt vorzugsweise Dibenzothiazyldisulfid und als Alterungsschutzmittel N-Phenyl-N'- cyclohexyl-p-phenylendiamin zur Verwendung, das hervorragende Alterungs- und Ermüdungsschutzwir- kungen besitzt, hiebei aber auf die Vulkanisation ohne Einfluss bleibt.
Beispiel. Auf Grund praktischer Versuche hat sich folgendes bestimmte Mischungsverhältnis der Bestandteile als besonders geeignet erwiesen :
35% Butadien-Acrylnitril-Polymerisat,
34% Phenol-Formaldehyd-Novolac-Harz mit Hexamethylentetramin modifiziert, 221o gefällte Kieselsäure mit einem geringen Anteil an Calciumsilikat (weisser Russ), 91o Eisenoxyd (gelb).
Hiezu kommen, jeweils bezogen auf den Anteil des Butadien-Acrylnitril-Polymerisats 50 (d. h. 1750 g bei 35 kg des synthetischen Kautschuks) feinstgemahlene Schwefelblüte,
