Antrieb für Anbaumähwerke an Schleppern
EMI1.1
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Drive for attachments on tractors
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
In an expedient embodiment of the invention, it has also proven to be advantageous that a switching linkage that can be operated from the tractor seat is provided for actuating the levers. Finally, an advantageous embodiment of the invention for reducing belt wear is also characterized by a guide plate which can be swiveled up with the levers and encompasses the lower peripheral half of the rear pulley with play and which is pulled up over the lower half of this pulley along the straight belt sections.
The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the invention, i.a. Between: Fig. 1 shows the side view of a drive, attached to a tractor, partly in section (section A-B of Fig. 2), Fig. 2 shows the associated front view. and FIG. 3 shows the associated top view.
The following are designated: the motor shaft with 1, the intermediate shaft with 2 and the mower input shaft with 3. All three shafts are arranged parallel to one another. The arrangement is preferably such that the intermediate shaft 2 lies vertically below the motor shaft 1 and at the same height as the mower input shaft 3. The motor shaft 1 works via the V-belt countershaft 4, S, 6 on the intermediate shaft 2 and this via the V-belt countershaft 7, 8, 9 on the mower input shaft 3.
The intermediate shaft 2 is mounted in the tubular bearing 10 and, together with this, is led out through the opening 11 of the block 12 of the front axle 13 to the front. The rear end of the bearing 10 is attached to the lever 14, which can be pivoted up about the horizontal axis 15. This axis has a further lever arm 16 at the front, with which the front end of the bearing 10 is firmly connected.

u. between below the front axle block 12. The levers 14 and 16 are pivoted up by means of the shift linkage 17, 18, 19, which can be actuated from the driver's seat.
If the levers 14 and 16 are swiveled up, the distance between the intermediate shaft 2 and the motor shaft 1 is reduced, with the result that the V-belt 5 no longer transmits any force, i.e. the drive is decoupled.
In order to prevent the belt 5 from dragging along on the pulley 4 when it is empty and thereby prematurely wearing, a guide plate 20 is attached to the lever 14, which surrounds the lower half of the pulley 6 with play and is also pulled up along the straight belt sections. This means that the rather stiff V-belt 5 lifts off the belt pulley 4 when the intermediate shaft 2 is raised, that is to say no longer dragged along and is therefore not subject to any wear.
PATENT CLAIMS:

Drive for mounted mowers with mower input shaft running parallel to the motor shaft on tractors, in which the PTO shaft is arranged at the rear, the motor shaft protrudes from the engine block to the front and the front axle is in front of the engine block, characterized in that the drive is in a manner known per se is connected to the forwardly protruding end of the motor shaft (1), and that it has an intermediate shaft (2) driven by the motor shaft (1), which extends up to the front axle (13) and in front of this via a countershaft (7, 8, 9) is connected to the mower input shaft (3).
