Elastic holding element, especially for the aggregates of spin dryers u. like
The invention relates to an elastic holding element, in particular for the aggregates of spin dryers and. like
Elastic holding members are known which consist of a solid block made of elastic material, in particular rubber. These holding organs only serve to absorb compressive forces. They are known as the "silent block". The connection of such a silent block valve
Underlay or the machine part to be resiliently supported is often done by screws that engage directly in the rubber block or in plates embedded in the rubber block.
There are also elastic holding and support elements made of rubber or the like. Known in which an opening is provided in the plane of action of the stress between the fastening points located at a distance from one another, so that the fastening points at which the load acts by two separate legs are related to each other. The opening is polygonal, z. B. square, formed, wherein the loading forces are directed diagonally to two opposite corners of the opening. Such an elastic element is mainly intended for pressure loading. As a result of the sharp corners in the opening of the rubber body, there is a risk that fatigue fractures cannot be avoided under the constant vibrations that such a support element is supposed to absorb elastically.
The sharp corners in the opening cause notch stresses in the case of continuous vibrations, which lead to cracks in the buffer body. If such cracks occur, the cross-section is weakened and the risk of further tearing is significantly increased. This is all the more true when the support element is subjected to train. The connecting legs are spread apart when pulled on the surfaces of the opening, which contributes significantly to the formation of cracks.
The elastic retaining element as a spring body made of rubber-elastic material with an opening in the plane of action of the stress between the fastening points located at a distance from one another, so that two connecting links result, is characterized according to the invention in that the spring body is designed in a ring-like manner with a circular or oval opening and that the fastening points are provided with reinforcing ties.
EMI1.1
the fastening points support the good load distribution in the case of tensile and compressive loads, so that the stress acting on the spring body is distributed. At the same time, the spring body is resilient to a certain extent in a direction running transversely to the plane of the connecting members.
It is able to respond to vibrations and the like. Like. To give in this direction and durchzufedem somewhat, whereby a sufficient restoring force remains. The deflection on the one hand and rigidity on the other hand of the spring body are equally well distributed in the design according to the invention.
The spring body can have bores on the collars for receiving screw bolts, in which sockets made of metal, plastic or the like are arranged, with recesses for receiving screw bolt heads being provided on the side of the bores facing the center of the spring body
