   Wie gestrichelt angedeutet, kann am inneren Spundende noch ein Haltering 6 vorgesehen sein, der sich (ebenso wie die Ringe 3) beim Eintreiben des Spundes in das Spundloch elastisch verformt (umbiegt), nach dem Verlassen des Loches wieder in seine ursprüngliche Form zurückfedert und sich an den Innenrand des   Spundloches,   den Spund verankernd und dichtend, anlegt. 



   Bei dem in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind gleiche Teile mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen wie in den Fig. 1 und 2 versehen. Der gezeigte Spund 7 besitzt widerhakenförmige Ringverdickungen 8, die eine besonders sichere Verankerung ergeben. 



    PATENTANSPRÜCHE :    
1. Hohler Spund für Spund- und Zapflöcher von Fässern od. dgl., der aus Kunststoff,   z. B.   linearem Niederdruck-Polyäthylen, besteht und dessen Hohlraum am inneren Spundende offen und dessen Aussenmantel konisch ausgebildet ist sowie ringförmige Verdickungen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der mit den   ringförmigen   Verdickungen ausgestattete Aussenmantel über seine ganze Höhe stetig von aussen nach innen verjüngt.

   As indicated by dashed lines, a retaining ring 6 can also be provided at the inner end of the bung, which (like the rings 3) is elastically deformed (bent over) when the bung is driven into the bung hole, springs back to its original shape after leaving the hole and is to the inner edge of the bunghole, anchoring and sealing the bung.



   In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 and 2. The bung 7 shown has barb-shaped ring thickenings 8 which result in a particularly secure anchoring.



    PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Hollow bung for bung and tap holes of barrels or the like. Made of plastic, e.g. B. linear low-pressure polyethylene, and the cavity of which is open at the inner end of the bung and its outer jacket is conical and has annular thickenings, characterized in that the outer jacket equipped with the annular thickenings tapers continuously from the outside inwards over its entire height.

2. Bung according to claim 1, characterized in that the annular thickenings have a barb-shaped cross section.

3. Bung according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the conical outer jacket has a thickening known per se serving as a retaining ring at the point of smallest diameter.
