and 4) has truncated conical inclined boundary surfaces which are inclined towards correspondingly
Stop surfaces on the nut 16b and the plug part 14b.
The inner delimiting surface 82 and the lower delimiting surface 84 of the two-piece holding part 80 (FIG. 5) according to the second embodiment are radially outwards and in the direction towards the outside
End of the male part 14b inclined. The inner surface 82 strikes a correspondingly inclined stop collar 34b on the nut 16b. The lower delimiting surface 84 of the holding part 80 is inclined approximately in the same way as the surface 82 and abuts against a correspondingly inclined stop bead 20b on the insert part 14b. There is a small gap 86 between the inside of the holding part 80 and the outside of the insertion part 14b.
The inclined boundary surfaces 82 and 84 enable the ring sections to move relative to one another and therefore automatic centering of the parts 12b, 14b of the
Screw connection when the nut is tightened.
The inner boundary surface 92 and the lower boundary surface 94 of the holding part 90 according to the third embodiment (FIG. 6) of the invention are inclined in opposite directions, i.e. H. radially outwards and away from the front end of the plug-in part 14c of the connection. The stop parts 34c and 20c of the nut 16c and of the insert part 14c are inclined accordingly. There is a distance 96 between the inside of the holding part and the outside of the plug-in part so that when the nut is tightened, the
Can center parts of the screw connection.
Modifications to the exemplary embodiments described are possible within the scope of the invention.
For example, instead of being provided with threads, the nuts can be provided with cam surfaces which engage in corresponding recesses in the connecting part. Such cam constructions are known and are used wherever two tubes or corresponding organs have to be assembled or disassembled quickly.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Pipe screw connection consisting of a sleeve-shaped connection part provided with an external thread, a plug-in part which can be inserted into the sleeve-shaped connection part and which has an outwardly protruding stop bead, and a stop bead between these and a stop bead and one of the union nut inwardly protruding stop collar clamped, consisting of several ring segments, the outer diameter of which is larger than the outer diameter of the stop bead of the plug-in part and the inner diameter of the stop collar of the union nut,
but this inner diameter of the stop collar of the union nut is larger than the outer diameter of the stop bead of the plug-in part, characterized in that the holding part (36) has an L-shaped cross-section and consists of several ring sections (36a, 36b) which, when assembled, form one result from the ring deviating from the circular shape and that the outer diameter of the sleeve-shaped part (43) of the holding part (36) cooperating with the stop collar (34) of the union nut (16) is greater than the inner diameter of the stop collar (34) of the union nut (16), so that in the clamped state, the sleeve-shaped part (43) of the holding part (36), encompassed by the stop collar (34) of the union nut (16), is elastically deformed into a circular shape and is therefore securely held.
