Einrichtung zum Schutz der Wände von Taschen an
Kleidungsstücken
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Schutz der Wände von Taschen an Kleidungsstücken bei Verwendung von mit Haltebügel ausgerüsteten Gegenständen, z. B. Bleistiften, Füll- federn, Kugelschreibern od. dgl., in Form eines Einsatztäschchens. das in die Tasche des Kleidungsstückes einsteckbar ist.
Bei einer bekannten Ausführung einer solchen Einrichtung besteht das Einsatztäschchen aus mehreren
Abteilen, die durch Nähte voneinander getrennt sind, wobei das Einsatztäschchen lediglich in die Innentasche des Rockes eingesteckt wird. Bei einer andern Ausführungsform eines solchen Einsatztäschchens besteht dasselbe aus einer Vielzahl von durch Nähte voneinander getrennten Einsteckhülsen, in deren jede ein Schreibutensil eingesteckt werden kann. Beide bekannten Einrichtungen werden lose in die Tasche gesteckt und können jederzeit aus derselben herausgenommen werden. Der wesentliche Nachteil derselben ist der, dass sie in der Tasche des Rockes nicht gesichert sind.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich nun auf eine Einrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, wobei das wesentliche Kennzeichen der Erfindung darin besteht, dass die Einrichtung aus einem an sich bekannten, auf den oberenTaschenrand des Kleidungsstückes aufsteckbaren, im Querschnitt U-formigen Klemmbügel aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht, wobei an diesem Bügel das aus Kunststoff bestehende Einsatztäschchen befestigt ist und an dem Aussenlappen des Klemmbügels Halteorgane. z. B. Druckknopfteile, angeordnet sind, welche mit an der Aussenwand der Tasche des Kleidungsstückes vorgesehenen Halteorganen, z. B.
Druckknopfteilen, zusammenwirken.
Ein weiteres Kennzeichen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass an der Hinterwand des Einsatztäschchens überdies eine Folie aus Kunststoff od. dgl. angebracht ist, welche über den oberen Rand des Einsatztäschchens vorragt.
Gegenüber den bekannten derartigen Einrichtungen, die aus der Tasche herausgenommen werden müssen, um die in die Abteile versenkten Schreibgeräte herausnehmen zu können, besteht beim Gegenstand der Erfindung vor allem der Vorteil, dass die Schreibgeräte beim Einbringen in das Einsatztäschchen unbedenklich eingesteckt werden können und an der Vorderwand mit ihrem Klemmorgan gehaltert werden und der weitere Vorteil, dass die Hinterwand der Tasche beim Einbringen der Schreibgeräte In das und beim Ausbringen aus dem Einsatztäschchen nicht mehr beschmutzt wird, weil die Schutzwände ein Berühren der färbenden Teile der Schreibgeräte mit der Wand der Rocktasche ausschliessen. Ausserdem ist durch die Befestigungsart des Einsatztäschchens in der Rocktasche ein Verlust des ersteren und des Inhaltes verhindert.
Auch ein Abscheuern der Wandteile der Rocktasche wird ausgeschlossen.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Gegenstandes der Erfindung, u. zw. stellt die Fig. l im Schaubild die Innenseite eines Rockteiles dar mit einer Tasche, an deren Aussenseite die positiven Teile des Druckknopfes als Paar vorgesehen werden, während die Fig. 2 im Schaubild den Er- findungsgegenstand veranschaulicht. Die Fig. 3 zeigt einen Vertikalschnitt nach der Linie III-III der Fig. 2.
Die Fig. 4 zeigt im Schaubild den negativen Teil des Druckknopfes mit der Befestigungsöse mit Haltezacken.
Nach der Fig. 2 besteht der Gegenstand der Erfindung aus einem im Querschnitt U-förmigen Streifen, insbesondere aus einem biegsamen, jedoch widerstandsfähigen Kunststoff, z. B. Zelluloid, der einen Hinterlappen 1 und einen Vorderlappen 2 aufweist. Dieser letztere weist einen Bug 3 auf, der dazu dient, den z. B. mit Klips (Haltebügel) ausgestatteten Gegenständen, wie Schreibgeräten od. dgl., in der veriorgten Lage Halt zu geben. Dieser Bug entsteht durch winkeliges Abbiegen des Vorderlappens an der Bug-

stelle. Es wird dadurch aber auch erreicht, dass der untere Teil des Lappens 2 sich elastisch an die Aussenwand 4 der Rocktasche 5 des Rockes 6 anlegt (Fig. 1).
Durch Schweissung, Klebung od. dgl. ist mit dem Hinterlappen 1 ein Täschchen 7 verbunden, das eine flache Form aufweist und entsprechend lang gestaltet ist, um die Schreibutensilien, wie Kugelschreiber, Farbstifte, Füllfedern usw., bequem anstecken zu können. Sie sind nach dem Einstecken in der Tasche versorgt, u. zw. so, dass auch ein Austritt von Schreibfarbstoff im Täschchen verbleibt und die Wände der Tasche des Rockes od. dgl. nicht verschmutzt werden.
Gegenüber der Lappen 1 ist an der Rückseite des Täschchens 7 durch ejneSchweiBung. Klebungod. dgl. eine steife Kunststoff-Folie 11 vorgesehen, z. B. aus Zelluloid oder Kunstharz od. dgl., die die obere Mündung des Täschchens bei 8 überragt und dazu dient, die hintere Wand der Rocktasche oder der Tasche eines andern Bekleidungsstückes, z. B. eines Arbeitsmantels, gegen Abrieb und sonstige Beschädigung zu schützen.
Ausserdem aber dient diese steife Kunststoff-Folie 11 auch dazu, die Innenseite des Rockes vor den Strichen zu schützen, die beim Einstecken von Schreibgeräten unwillkürlich entstehen, und ausserdem dient diese Platte oder dieses Plättchen auch dazu, die Tasche oder das Täschchen durch das einzusteckende Schreibgerät zu öffnen. Dies geschieht durch einfaches Gegenstossen gegen das Plättchen während des Einsteckvorganges des Schreibgerätes.
Der vordere Lappen 2 der Einrichtung ist in an sich bekannter Weise mit zwei Druckknopfteilen 9 und 10 versehen, wobei dieser Knopf einen Doppelteil bildet, von dem der Teil 10 den Schmuckteil bildet. Dieser Doppelteil 9,10 wird als negativer Druckknopfteil in den Lappen 2 eingepresst. Der positive Teil des Druckknopfes mit 12 bezeichnet, wird unter Verwendung einer mit Zacken 14 versehenen Öse 15 unter Zwischenlage der Wand 4 des Rockes oder eines andern Bekleidungsstückes derart befestigt, dass die Zacken 14 durch den Stoff durchgestossen und in den Hohlraum des negativen Teils eingebogen werden, wobei der Kopf 16 durch das Loch 17 der Öse 15 durchtritt.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Einrichtung zum Schutz der Wände von Taschen an Kleidungsstücken bei Verwendung von mit Haltebügeln ausgerüsteten Gegenständen, z. B. Bleistiften, Zilllfedern, Kugelschreibern od. dgl., in Form eines Einsatztäschchens, das in die Tasche des Kleidungsstückes einsteckbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung aus einem an sich bekannten, auf den oberen Taschenrand des Kleidungsstückes aufsteckbaren, im Querschnitt U-förmigen Klemmbügel (l, 2) aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht, wobei an diesem BUgel (l. 2) das aus Kunststoff bestehende Einsatztäschchen (7) befestigt ist und an dem Aussenlappen (2) des Klemmbügels (l, 2) Halteorgane, z. B.
Druckknopfteil (9, 10), angeordnet sind, welche mit an der Aussenwand der Tasche (4) des Kleidungsstückes (6) vorgesehenen Halteorganen, z. B. Druckknopfteilen (12, 15, 16, 17), zusammenwirken.
