The ProfiIring according to the invention serves two purposes. Firstly, it is intended to prevent the oil from flowing out of the area around the bearing journal by the inclined plane of which presses the oil concentrically up the curve of the perforated stone. Second, this profile ring should have a centering effect.

2 shows the perforated stone 6, which is necessary for the centering effect, with its support bead 8 with the inner flank 9 and the oil distribution 10, which protrudes over the convex central part 7 of the perforated stone.

    PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Trunnion bearings for clocks and other apparatus with a perforated and a cap stone, in which the cap stone rests on an annular, the top of the cap stone to convex curved central part of the perforated stone support bead, characterized in that the cap stone surface within their support on the Perforated stone has a raised profile ring, the inner flank of which runs obliquely to the bearing axis and which prevents the oil from flowing out of the area around the bearing pin.

2. Zapfenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass der Profilring dreieckigen Querschnitt aufweist und seine äussere Flanke zwecks koaxialer Lagerung der Steine und Rückführung in diese Lage bei Verschiebung der Steine zueinander mit der inneren Flanke des Auflagewulstes zusammenwirkt.' 2. journal bearing according to claim 1, characterized. that the profile ring has a triangular cross-section and its outer flank interacts with the inner flank of the bearing bead for the purpose of coaxial storage of the stones and return to this position when the stones are shifted relative to one another.
