   Besonders empfiehlt es sich, die Zuführungsleitung 1 so in den Aufnahmeraum 2 münden zulassen, dass eine gedachte Verbindung der Einmündungen von Überbrückungsleitung und Zuführungsleitung eine möglichst kleine horizontale Komponente aufweist und somit die über die   Zufilhrungsleitung   eintreten- den Luftblasen der   Überbrückungsleitung   8 zugeführt werden. 



   Sehr zweckmässig ist auch, wenn die Einmündung der Zuführungsleitung 1 in den Aufnahmeraum 2 nicht direkt neben der Mündung der Steigleitung 9 vorgesehen ist, damit nicht bei Saugbetrieb der Brenn- stoff noch vor Füllung des Aufnahmeraumes 2 sofort in die Steigleitung 9 gesaugt wird. Nachdem aus
Platzgründen jedoch die Steig-und Zuführungsleitung unmittelbar nebeneinander liegen, wird deshalb., wie auch in der Zeichnung dargestellt, vorgeschlagen, die Zuführungsleitung 1 noch etwas in den Auf- nahmeraum hineinragen zu lassen. 



   Selbstverständlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt, sondern kann unter Anwendung der mit ihr gegebenen Lehre in verschiedenster Weise abgewandelt werden. 



   PATENTANSPRÜCHE : 
1. Vorrichtung zum Filtern von Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere Brennstoffen, bei der die Flüssigkeit aus einem Aufnahmeraum durch ein gegenüber diesem höher gelegenes Filter in einen hinter dem Filter liegenden Filterraum gefördert wird und eine das Filter überbrückende Leitung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Filter (6) überbrückende Leitung (8) über eine Schwelle (10) geführt ist, welche höher als die obere Begrenzung des hinter dem Filter befindlichen Filterraumes (5) liegt, wobei der Schwellenwiderstand im normalen Betrieb grösser als der Filterwiderstand ist.
