In addition, the timing element in the form of a monostable multivibrator MK is connected to the device Ph. It is toggled by the output signal of the device Ph and returns to the rest position after its own time. Your output signal occupies the first input of an und gate Ul.
The second input of this undgate is occupied by the complementary path impulses. With the help of the non-gate N, a signal is sent to this input in the distance pulse pauses. Accordingly, the counter Z receives additional pulses for the duration of the proper time of the timing element, the number of which depends on the speed of the belt. The counter is automatically advanced by as many steps as the control command for the organ with response time (in this case the switch) has to be given earlier. Monostable multivibrators K can be provided to limit the time of the counting pulses.
The mode of operation is illustrated in the diagram in FIG. At time t = 0, the start of the tape is signaled by the device Ph. The tachometer machine TG then gives the distance pulses according to line a. In the distance pulse pauses, the counter receives additional pulses according to line b, during the proper time tMK of the timer, so that the counter is incremented according to line c. In the present case, the response time has been taken into account by four additional pulses. At higher speeds, the number of additional pulses increases with the number of travel pulses.
In FIG. 2 it is indicated that an organ with a lower response time can be controlled via a delay element V.
The structure of the gates and the timing element is largely liberal; the known transistor and diode circuits will advantageously be used.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Control device with pulse-like mapping of the path of moving workpieces or devices with variable speed for machines or systems with organs of constant, non-negligible response time, which are controlled by a counter operated by the path pulses, characterized by a timing element (MK) with a proper time equal to the maximum response time, which enables the counting of additional pulses in the distance pulse pauses so that the distance covered in the response time is automatically taken into account regardless of the speed.
