  Elektromagnetische Lamellenkupplung 
Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektromagnetische Lamellenkupplung, bei welcher der beim Ein- und Ausschalten der Kupplung axial bewegbare Magnetanker mit dem die Innen- oder Aussenlamellen tragenden Kupplungsteil drehfest verbunden ist. 



   Bei den bekannten elektromagnetischen Lamellenkupplungen werden zur drehfesten Verbindung des Magnetankers mit dem Kupplungsteilzusätzliche   Elemente, wie Passfedern, Vielkeilprofile,   Zapfenschrauben, verwendet. Abgesehen davon, dass diese Elemente wie auch die notwendige präzise Bearbeitung der zu verbindenden Teile höhere Herstellungskosten verursachen, sind sie auchoft der starken Beanspruchung nicht gewachsen, da sie nahe an der Wellenachse liegend grosse Kräfte aufnehmen müssen. 



   Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, in einfacher Weise eine verlässliche, drehfeste Verbindung zwischen dem Magnetanker und dem Kupplungsteil zu schaffen und besteht im Wesen darin, dass zur drehfesten Verbindung in dem Magnetanker mindestens eine Ausnehmung vorgesehen ist und die dem Magnetanker zunächstliegende Lamelle mindestens einen Lappen aufweist, der in die Ausnehmung des Magnetankers eingreift. 



   Die erfindungsgemässe drehfeste Verbindung zwischen dem Magnetanker und dem Kupplungsteil erfolgt durch'diese selbst, es ist somit kein zusätzliches Element notwendig. Auch die Herstellungskosten des Lappens sind entsprechend niedrig, da dieser in zweckmässiger Weise durch zwei parallele Einschnitte, die vom Umfang der Lamelle geführt sind, und durch Herausbiegen aus der Lamelle herstellbar ist. 



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Fig. l zeigt einen Ausschnitt der elektromagnetischen Kupplung im Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 eine Aufsicht auf den Lappen der Lamelle und die Ausnehmung des Magnetankers. 



   Auf dem Kupplungsteil l, der die Innenlamellen 2,   2. trägt, ist   der Magnetanker   3   axial verschiebbar gelagert. Der Anker weist eine Ausnehmung 4 auf, die von seiner der anliegenden Lamelle 2'zugewandten   Stirnfläche   5 schräg zu seiner Mantelfläche 6 verläuft. In diese Ausnehmung greift ein Lappen 7 ein, der aus der ringförmigen Lamelle 2'herausgebogen ist. Seine Länge kann so gross sein wie der Abstand von der Biegelinie bis zum äusseren Umfang der Lamelle, sie kann   abe. E, wie   im vorliegenden   Fall,   auch grösser sein. The invention relates to an electromagnetic multi-disc clutch in which the magnet armature, which is axially movable when the clutch is switched on and off, is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the coupling part carrying the inner or outer discs.



   In the known electromagnetic multi-disk clutches, additional elements, such as keys, multi-spline profiles, and tenon screws, are used for the non-rotatable connection of the magnet armature to the coupling part. Apart from the fact that these elements, as well as the necessary precise machining of the parts to be connected, cause higher manufacturing costs, they are often not able to cope with the heavy loads, since they have to absorb large forces close to the shaft axis.



   The invention aims to create a reliable, non-rotatable connection between the armature and the coupling part in a simple manner and essentially consists in that at least one recess is provided for the non-rotatable connection in the armature and the lamella located next to the armature has at least one tab , which engages in the recess of the armature.



   The rotationally fixed connection according to the invention between the magnet armature and the coupling part takes place through the latter itself, so no additional element is necessary. The production costs of the flap are also correspondingly low, since it can be produced in an expedient manner through two parallel incisions that are made from the circumference of the lamella and by bending it out of the lamella.



   An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. FIG. 1 shows a detail of the electromagnetic clutch in longitudinal section and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the tab of the lamella and the recess of the magnet armature.



   The armature 3 is mounted axially displaceably on the coupling part 1, which carries the inner plates 2, 2.
