  Vorrichtung zum Umsetzen des Werkstückes im Pilgerwalzwerk unter Benützung einer
Schraubennut. 



   Die vorliegende Vorrichtung zum Umsetzen des Werkstückes im Pilgerwalzwerk ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umsetzen des Werkstückes immer erst gegen Ende der   Vorwärtsbewegung   erfolgt und von dem Hube des Werkstückes unabhängig ist. 



   Zu diesem Zwecke wird an Stelle der sonst meist   üblichen,   mit der Dornstange verbundenen Schraubenspindel, die sich in einer am die Dornstange tragenden Wagen oder Schlitten drehbar gelagerten Mutter verschiebt, eine eigentümlich geformte   Schraubencut   am Wagengestell angebracht. 



   Fig. 1 zeigt die allgemeine Anordnung der Vorrichtung, Fig. 2 dieselbe in grösserem

 Schlitten t mitgenommen und greift mittels eines Zapfens h1 in die am Wagen oder Schnlitten s vorgesehene Schraubennut p. Diese Schraubennut p ist an dem dem Walzwerk abgekehrten Ende geradlinig gestaltet, so dass das Umsetzen des Werkstückes immer gegen Ende der Vorwärtsbewegung erfolgt und von dem Hube des Werkstückes unabhängig ist. Die   Vorrichtung   eignet sich in dieser Form ganz besonders auch zum Auspilgern solcher Rohre, die ihres Querschnittes halber   immer   nur um einen bestimmten Winkel gedreht werden dürfen,   damit   eine richtige Einführung zwischen die Walzen erfolgt. 



   Der Schlitten t ist in bekannter Weise mit Federn verbunden, die bei der Ver-   schiebung der Dornstange   d nach rechts zusammengedrückt werden und das   Werkstücke ; r   wieder vorbewegen, sobald es von den Walzen a losgelassen ist. 



   Bei der dem Auswalzen entsprechenden Verschiebung des Dornes d nach rechts gleiten die   Ktinkcn t   der sich drehenden Hülse h frei über die Zähne des   Schaltrades'111.   



  Bei der   Rückwärtsbewegung   des Dornes fallen die Klinken i aber in die Zähne des   Schaltrades M und nehmen   dieses Rad und damit die Dornstange mit Dorn und Werkstück mit, so dass auf diese Weise das Umsetzen erfolgt.
