Fig. 2) hydraulisch gesteuerten Durchlassventil 15.

Arrangement for influencing the temperature of a room with several heat exchangers distributed in the room
For influencing the temperature of rooms, heat exchangers are known to which hot water for heating and cold water for cooling is fed from a central point; Such heat exchangers can be provided with a thermostatic regulating valve that controls the amount of heating or cooling medium depending on the room temperature by assigning a liquid or vapor pressure room temperature sensor to the regulating valve, which via an expansion element - such as a spring tube or diaphragm can
EMI1.1
It is also known to switch over the control direction automatically as a function of the temperature of the medium, and furthermore,
the control of the throttle valve is not carried out directly by the expansion element which is dependent on the room temperature, but rather by a hydraulic servo force influenced by this expansion element, which can be obtained in the control valve itself. An automatic control valve of this type can also be used for climate control in conjunction with humidifiers and fans.
In larger rooms, several heat exchangers installed at different points in the room are necessary to provide the necessary heating or cooling capacity. It has now been shown that it is practically not possible to set two thermostatic control valves to exactly the same switching temperature and to close both control valves at the same time. In practice, one regulator valve would always close before the other and the heat exchanger that was still switched on would work against the one that was switched off.
If, for example, several heat exchangers with independent thermostatic control valves were to jointly heat a large room, switching off one heat exchanger would reduce the heat supply and the temperature would rise more slowly or not at all. As a result, the other control valves would only switch off much later or not at all and the remaining heat exchangers would continue to heat. The temperature could not decrease or could only decrease very slowly and the switched off control valve could not switch on again or only after a long time. The consequence of this would be that locally undesirably large differences in room temperature could occur, which should have been avoided by arranging several heat exchangers.
This disadvantage is eliminated by the invention. It relates to an arrangement for influencing the temperature of a room with several heat exchangers distributed in the room, using control valves with servo control. The invention is characterized in that a heat exchanger is provided with a regulator valve which has a temperature sensor which controls the hydraulic servo force for the control of its passage valve, while all other heat exchangers each have a servo valve which is provided with a pressure chamber which controls the assigned passage valve, whereby the pressure chambers of the servo valves are connected to the control pressure chamber of the room temperature controlled regulator valve via a control pressure line.
An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a system with four heat exchangers arranged in a room, and FIG. 2 a schematic representation of one controller and one servo valve.
According to FIG. 1, four heat exchangers 1-4 are located in a room, each of which is connected to a supply line 6 via a connection line 5 and to a return line 8 via a connection line 7
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Distribution system (not shown in more detail) with central processing of heating or cooling water are connected. A regulator valve 9 is provided in the connection line 5 of the heat exchanger 2, which regulates the heat exchanger 2 as a function of a room temperature sensor 10.
The regulator valve 9 is preferably designed as a fully automatic regulator valve, i. H. it is with an automatic acting
Changeover device for changing over from heating to cooling control and vice versa. For the automatic switchover of the regulator valve 9 from heating to cooling regulation and vice versa, it is necessary that the heating or cooling medium can flow through the regulator valve 9 even when the passage valve 11 is closed, which is why it is through a bypass line 12 with the return line 8 connected is.
The other heat exchangers 1, 3 and 4 located in the same space each have in their connection line 5 a servo valve 13 dependent on the regulator valve 9 with a through-valve 15 hydraulically controlled via a pressure chamber 14 (see FIG. 2). The pressure chambers 14 of the Servo valves 13 are connected to an overpressure chamber 17 of the regulator valve 9 via a control pressure line 16. This measure ensures that all servo valves 13 work synchronously with the regulator valve 9 and that the heat exchangers 1-4 cannot influence one another.
In Fig. 2, the regulator valve 9 and one of the servo valves 13 are shown schematically. Each
Servo valve 13 has the already mentioned pressure chamber 14 which is under control pressure and which is closed by a membrane 18 against the pressure in connection line 5. The pressure chamber 14 is connected to the overpressure chamber 17 of the regulator valve 9 via the control pressure line 16, so that an equally high control pressure prevails in all pressure chambers 14 and all membranes 18 work synchronously.
The control pressure required for this control is only generated in the regulator valve 9. For this purpose, the flow channel 19 of the same z. B. designed as a Venturi tube and the overpressure chamber 17 is through a one
Line 21 containing the throttle 20 is connected to the inlet of the flow channel 19, while the vacuum chamber 22 is connected by a line 23 to a point of low pressure in the flow channel 19. The two pressure chambers 17, 22 are connected to one another via a control valve 24, which is under the direct action of a spring tube 25 and is controlled as a function of the room temperature detected by the room temperature sensor 10. The design of the control valve 24 as a double valve is in one. Automatic control valve is necessary because it works in the opposite direction in heating mode than in cooling mode.
The upper valve seat comes into effect during heating operation and the lower valve seat during cooling operation, a membrane 26 controlling the passage valve 11 accordingly.
The changeover from heating to cooling regulation or vice versa takes place automatically by means of a temperature-dependent switching device of a known type provided in the regulator valve 9. The regulator valve 9 and the servo valves 13 can have lower parts of identical design, so that servo valves, regulator valves or automatic ones as required Regulator valves can be produced or a valve of one type can be converted into one of the other type at a later date. In addition to the proper regulation of the temperature of a room with several heat exchangers, the device described also ensures that only one of the heat exchanger valves is designed as an actual room temperature-controlled regulator valve, while all the other valves are simpler and cheaper servo valves.
