Zwischen dem Schneckenende und der Hülse 8 ist eine Lagerhülse 9 und zwischen dem Ende des Kegelstumpfes 2 und dem Spritzdom 3 ein weiteres Lager 10 angeordnet.
Durch Verändern der Drehzahl und des Drehsinne der Hülse 8 lassen sich der Druck und die Auspressmenge der Masse in. weiten Grenzen einregeln.
Rotiert die Hülse 8 beispielsweise gegensinnig zur Schnecke l, dann werden hohe Gegendrücke erzeugt, was für den Fall der Verarbeitung von Stoffen von Bedeutung ist, die-wie beispielsweise im besonderen Fall der Polyolefine - während des Auspressens einer starken Schrumpfung unterliegen.
Die erfindungsgemässe Auspressvorrichtung gestattet ferner eine Filtrierung und ein Auswälzen der Masse in der gleichen Weise wie bei einer Walz- und Mischvorrichtung mit Zylindern. Zufolge des Profils der Höcker am konischen Auswälzteil ist jeglicher Verbleib der Masse in der Vorrichtung verhindert, da die Masse stets leicht aus der Vorrichtung entweichen kann.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Strangpresse zur Herstellung von Schläuchen aus thermoplastischem Material, bestehend aus einer Förderschnecke und einem Spritzkopf mit einem Düsenring und einem festen, zentral angeordneten Spritzdom, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spritzdom (3) am vorderen Ende einer achseng1eih mit der hohlen Förderschnecke (1) und innerhalb derselben ortsfest angeordneten, über das vordere Schneckenende hinausstehenden Hülse (7) befestigt ist und dass um diese Hülse (7) in der Bohrung der Schnecke (1) eine zweite Hülse (8) drehbar gelagert ist, die als Verlängerung der Schnecke (1) in einen am Spritzdorn (3) zentrisch gelagerten Kegelstumpf (2) mit gegen den Spritzkopf zunehmendem Durchmesser übergeht und von einem,
die Verlängerung des Zylinders der Schnecke (l) bildenden, mit einer konischen Bohrung versehenen Teil (4) umgeben ist, wobei die Hülse (8) mit dem Kegelstumpf (2) unabhängig von der Förderschnecke (1) gleich-oder gegensinnig mit antreibbar ist.

PATENT CLAIMS:
1.
