EMI1.1
The invention relates to a self-collecting lock. The transfer of movement from the handle to the locking bolt with the aid of coins or the like is well known in machine locks. Your task is to make certain rooms accessible only for a certain fee, whereby the coin represents the coupling element. It therefore supplements or bridges interrupted couplings, whereby it is basically the same whether this enables a mechanical process or closes an electrical circuit.
Most of the known machine locks have one feature in common, namely that they directly influence the bolt or latch mechanism. However, a machine lock has also become known which contains a split nut, the two halves of the nut being pushed in by one
Coin can be coupled together. It is, however, a complete, specially designed lock mechanism, while the aim of the present invention is to create a coupling element that is independent of the lock mechanism, so that any lock can be turned into an ATM lock by simply inserting this coin coupling element.
This object is achieved by a coupling element which can be placed on the handle axis and which is designed in a manner known per se so that after a coin or the like has been inserted into the coupling element, a common movement of the handle can take place in that the two nuts, which can be moved independently of one another which have a common axial coin passage through which coins lying on a stop are coupled to one another. The movement of one nut 1 is limited by the respective lock and that of the other nut 2 by stops 13 and dz which interact with recesses in this nut.
The coin is ejected by actuating the nut 1 in that the nut 1 has a stop 31 which moves the nut 2 in such a way that the coin is no longer jammed, so that it is stripped off the stop and is thus eliminated from the coupling . In the drawing, an embodiment of the coin coupling installation element according to the invention is shown. Fig. 1 shows the coin clutch in a front view; 2 shows the same in side view. 3 and 4 are sectional drawings, and FIG. 3 shows the plan view and FIG. 4 shows the front view in section. Fig. 5 shows a connection of the coin clutch with a door lock, the coin clutch housing being shown cut open.
The illustrated coin coupling installation element is actuated on the one hand by the pusher Dl located in the lock and protruding a few millimeters into the socket 1, on the other hand by the pusher DZ located in the coupling housing and 2, it comes to rest on stop 4. By moving the trigger D2 (FIG. 5) the coin is clamped in the sockets 1 and 2, so that the two sockets move together and the door or the like can thus be opened.
During the second movement of the coin clutch by the pusher Dl (Fig. 5), which is connected to the nut 1, the nut 2 is carried along by the stop 3 of the nut 1 and the recess of the nut 2 so that the coin does not jam and the coin is stripped from the stop 4 and discarded. When the pusher D2 is moved without inserting coins, the movement of the nut 2 is limited by the bolt 6 screwed into it, on the one hand by the spacer bolt 8 of the cover plate and on the other hand by the stop 7. The nut 2 is returned by the spring 5, which in the Nut 2 and in the spacer bolt 8 is attached.
The special advantage is that every lock with a handle can be converted into an ATM lock when the coin clutch is put in front, regardless of whether it is a left one

or a right lock, as the coin clutch can be used on the left as well as on the right.
