   Die Einstellung der Abdeckhaube 3 kann aber auch, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, mit Hilfe einer über einen Hebel 15 an der Schubstange 4 der Haube 3 angreifenden Bimetallspirale 14 erfolgen, welche in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur im Öltopfbrenner die Steuerung vornimmt. 



   In beiden Fällen erfolgt die Steuerung der Abdeckhaube 3 so, dass bei grösserer Leistung eine entsprechend grössere Menge an Sekundärluft zugeführt wird und umgekehrt. 



    PATENTANSPRÜCHE :    
1. Einrichtung zur Regelung der Sekundärluftzufuhr bei Verdampfungsölbrennern mit einem in dessen Verdampfungs- bzw. Brennraum hineinragenden Rohr für die   Sekundärluftzufuhr,   dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über diesem Rohr eine   in Abhängigkeit   von der Ölzufuhr bzw. vom Abbrand höhenverstellbare und dabei den Luftdurchtrittsquerschnitt ändernde Haube vorgesehen ist.

   In both cases, the control of the cover 3 takes place in such a way that a correspondingly larger amount of secondary air is supplied when the power is greater and vice versa.



    PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A device for regulating the secondary air supply in evaporative oil burners with a pipe for the secondary air supply projecting into its evaporation or combustion chamber, characterized in that a hood which is height-adjustable depending on the oil supply or the burn-off and thereby changes the air passage cross-section is provided above this pipe .

2. Device according to claim l, characterized in that the hood is frustoconical.

3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the hood has spatially curved, spiral-like guide vanes on its outer edge in order to make the inflowing air swirl.

4. Device according to claim l, characterized in that the hood is coupled to the adjusting mechanism for the fuel supply via a linkage, a cable pull or the like.

5. Device according to claim l, characterized in that the adjustment of the hood takes place with the aid of a bimetallic strip which is responsive as a function of the temperature in the burner.

6. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the adjustment mechanism for the fuel supply is provided with a rotatable disk which, via a protruding circumferential edge of varying height, actuates the control mechanism for raising and lowering the hood.
