Umlaufender Behälter für Küchenmaschinen, insbesondere
Siebtrommel für Saftzentrifugen
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen umlaufenden Behälter für Küchenmaschinen, insbesondere Siebtrommel für Saftzentrifugen, deren Mantel mit dem Rand eines den Antrieb empfangenden Bodenstücks leicht lösbar verbunden ist.
Bei den bisher bekannten umlaufendenBehältern der genannten Art werden der Mantel und das Bodenstück durch bajonettverschlussartige Einrichtungen miteinander verbunden, wobei zum Lösen und Verbinden der Behälterteile jeweils eine Relativdrehung zwischen Mantel und Bodenstück erforderlich ist. Bei dieser bekannten Anordnung besteht der Nachteil, dass sich die Verbindung zwischen Mantel und Bodenstück selbsttätig lösen kann, wenn im Betrieb auf das Bodenstück eine Bremswirkung ausgeübt wird. Ein derartiges Abbremsen des Bodenstücks kann auftreten beim Ausschalten des Antriebsmotors oder bei plötzlicher starker Belastung der in der Regel mit dem Bodenstück verbundenen Reibscheibe zum Zerkleinern des zu entsaftenden Gutes.
In diesen Fällen bewirkt die dem Mantel innewohnende Fliehkraft, dass der Mantel bestrebt ist, dem Bodenstück vorauszueilen, wobei sich die Bajonettverschlusseinrichtung lösen kann.
Die genannten Nachteile können beseitigt und die Mittel zum Verbinden zwischen Mantel und Bodenstück so gestaltet werden, dass im Betrieb eine erhöhte Sicherheit gegen Lösen der Verbindungsmittel erzielt wird, wenn gemäss der Erfindung der Rand des Bodenstückes mindestens einen federnd biegbaren streifenartigen Abschnitt und der Mantel des Behälters wenigstens eine Vertiefung hat, in die der federnde Abschnitt des Bodenstücks beim Zusammenstecken der beiden Behälterteile nach aussen federnd einrastet.
Hiedurch wird erreicht, dass die federnd biegbaren Abschnitte des Bodenstückes bei umlaufendem Behälter infolge der auftretenden Fliehkraft mit erhöhtem Druck in die Raststellen des Mantels gedrückt werden, so dass auch beim Abbremsen des Bodenstücks die Verbindung zwischen Bodenstück und Mantel sich nicht löst.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung an mehreren Ausführungsbeispielen veranschau- licht. Es zeigen : Fig. l eine Saftzentrifuge teilweise im Längsschnitt, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch den Mantel der Siebtrommel, Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt durch das Bodenstück der Siebtrommel nach Linie 111-111 in Fig. 4, Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch das Bodenstück nach Linie IV-IV in Fig. 3, jedoch mit zwei verschiedenen Ausführungsbeispielen der federnd biegbaren Abschnitte, und die Fig. 5-9 fünf ver- schiedene Ausführungsbeispiele des Bodenstücks in raumbildlicher Darstellung.
Bei der Saftzentrifuge nach Fig. 1 ist in dem ein Untersetzungsgetriebe umschliessenden Sockel 1 des als Saftauffangbehälter dienenden Gehäuses 2 eine Welle 3 drehbar gelagert. Der Sockel 1 wird in an sich bekannter Weise in eine passende Aufnahmeöffnung einer Küchenmaschine eingesetzt, wobei sich ein mit dem unteren Ende der Welle 3 verbundenes Kupplungsstück 4 mit einer Antriebswelle der Küchenmaschine kuppelt. Der Behälter 2 hat seitlich einen Saftauslauf 5 und ist oben durch einen abnehmbaren Deckel 6 verschlossen, der einen rohrförmigen Ansatz 7 zum Zuführen des zu zerkleinernden und zu entsaftenden Gutes hat.
Mit dem oberen Ende der Welle 3 ist eine Reibscheibe 8 durch eine Mutter 9 fest, aber lösbar verbunden. Unterhalb der Reibscheibe 8 hat die Welle 3 einen Steilgewindeabschnitt 10, auf den das Bodenstück 11 der Siebtrommel mit einer entsprechenden Steilgewindebohrlmg 12 leicht lösbar aufgeschraubt

The invention relates to a rotating container for kitchen machines, in particular a sieve drum for juice centrifuges, the jacket of which is easily detachably connected to the edge of a base piece receiving the drive.
In the previously known circulating containers of the type mentioned, the jacket and the base piece are connected to one another by means of bayonet-type locking devices, a relative rotation between jacket and base piece being required for releasing and connecting the container parts. In this known arrangement there is the disadvantage that the connection between the jacket and the base piece can be released automatically when a braking effect is exerted on the base piece during operation. Such a braking of the bottom piece can occur when the drive motor is switched off or in the event of a sudden heavy load on the friction disk, which is usually connected to the bottom piece, for comminuting the material to be juiced.
In these cases, the centrifugal force inherent in the jacket has the effect that the jacket tries to hurry ahead of the bottom piece, with the bayonet locking device being able to loosen.
The disadvantages mentioned can be eliminated and the means for connecting the casing and the base piece can be designed so that increased security against loosening of the connecting means is achieved during operation if, according to the invention, the edge of the base piece has at least one resiliently flexible strip-like section and the casing of the container has at least one recess into which the resilient section of the base piece engages resiliently towards the outside when the two container parts are plugged together.
This ensures that the resiliently bendable sections of the base piece are pressed into the locking points of the casing with increased pressure as the container rotates as a result of the centrifugal force occurring, so that the connection between the base piece and casing does not come loose even when the base piece is braked.
