Attachment of the pull rope, especially of ski lift systems, to its winding drum
It is known to arrange the winding drum of the pull rope, in particular of ski lift systems, to be self-winding by means of a spring or the like. In these arrangements, the spring must cover the entire, am
Take up traction rope hanging load, which is why it disadvantageously has to be dimensioned very large.
It is also common practice to arrange stops which are effective when the rope is completely unwound, but which cause blows and bumps.
The invention has a simple design of the fastening of the pull rope, in particular of ski lift systems, for the purpose of avoiding all these disadvantages. It relates to the attachment of the pull rope, especially of ski lift systems, on its by spring od. The like. Force automatically winding provided winding drum, and consists in that an end clamp is pivotable, in particular pivotable in a radial position, provided on the winding drum for the completely unwindable pull rope.
The drawing shows schematically an exemplary embodiment according to the invention on a small ski lift pulling element, in FIG. 1 in elevation and in FIG. 2 in an associated side view.
The hanger carrier 2 together with the hanger 3, on which the pull rope winding drum 4 is rotatably mounted, is arranged on the hoisting rope 1. This carries, which can be automatically wound up by spring force, the pull rope 5, which is arranged so that it can be completely unwound, to which the actual pulling element 6 is attached.
An end clamp 7 is pivotably mounted on the winding drum 4 as a carrier of the pull cable end 5. The torque caused by pulling the pull rope 5 is determined by this force and its associated distance from the axis of rotation, the drum radius. When the rope is completely unwound, the torque in the end phase of this movement decreases steadily and becomes approximately zero when the end clamp 7 is approximately radially positioned at the end of the unwinding due to the pull of the rope. The torque therefore advantageously decreases steadily down to the value of approximately zero, while avoiding a blow and eliminating the need for attacks or similar organs, d. H. while avoiding bumps.
In this end position, because almost no torque is generated, the cable pull does not act on the spring winding the cable, as is the case with conventional designs, but is directly absorbed by the drum mounting or the hanger. A weak spring can therefore be installed, which is only able to wind up the pulling rope or to pull in the pulling device, since it does not have to pull the load, as in conventional designs.
