Küchenmöbel-Türe
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Küchenmöbel-
Türe mit einer scharfe Ecken aufweisenden,
Türplatte, die innen und aussen mit je einer damit verleimten Kunststoffplatte belegt ist, wobei die aussenseitige Kunststoffplatte abge- rundete Ecken aufweist und zwecks Bildung eines den Türrahmen im Schliesszustand der
Türe übergreifenden Abdeckflansches über den
Rand der Türplatte hinaus vorsteht.
Das erfinderische Merkmal dieser Küchen- möbel-Türe liegt darin, dass sie mittels eines profilierten Kunststoffbandes eingefasst ist, das, im Querschnitt gesehen, den Aussenrand des genannten Abdeckflansches, sowie den ganzen, von diesem letzteren und der Schmalseite der
Türplatte gebildeten Falz überdeckt.
Der Vorteil dieser Küchenmöbel-Türe liegt im ästhetischen Aussehen derselben, auf das heute mehr und mehr Gewicht gelegt wird.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs- beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes veran- schaulicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Eckteil einer Küchen- möbel-Türe und Fig. 2 ist ein senkrechter
Schnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 1.
Die Küchenmöbel-Türe nach Fig. 1 und 2 hat eine verhältnismässig dicke Holzfaserplatte a, die innen und aussen mit je einer damit verleimten, dünneren Kunststoffplatte (Hart- platte) b bzw. c belegt ist. Die Ecken der
Holzfaserplatte a sind von scharfeckigen, eben- falls damit verleimten, dreieckigen Hartholz- stücken bl gebildet. Von den beiden Kunst- stoffplatten b und c weist die aussenseitige
Platte c abgerundete Ecken auf. Sie ist in ihren Abmessungen etwas grösser als die Platte a, so dass sie über den Rand dieser letzteren hinaus vorsteht. Dadurch werden Abdeckt flansche cl (in der Fachsprache Überschlag" genannt) gebildet, die im Schliesszustand der Türe den in Fig. 2 in strichpunktierten Linien angedeuteten Tür-Anschlagrahmen überdeckt.
Die so ausgebildete Türe ist mittels eines profilierten Kunststoffbandes d eingefasst, das, wie in Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, den Aussenrand der Abdeckflansche cl und den von diesen letzteren und der Schmalseite der Holzfaserplatte a gebildeten Falz überdeckt. Diese Platte a weist an ihren Schmalseiten eine ringsum sich erstreckende Nut auf, in die ein mit Widerhakenteile versehener Verankerungflansch d1 des Bandes d eingreift, wodurch dieses letztere in seiner aufgezogenen Lage festgehalten wird.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Küchenmöbel-Türe mit einer scharfe Ecken aufweisenden Türplatte, die innen und aussen mit je einer damit verleimten Kunststoffplatte belegt ist, wobei die aussenseitige Kunststoffplatte abgerundeten Ecken aufweist und zwecks Bildung eines den Türrahmen im Schliesszustand der Türe übergreifenden Abdeckflansches über den Rand der Türplatte hinaus vorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Türe mittels eines profilierten Kunststoffbandes eingefasst ist, das, im Querschnitt gesehen, den Aussenrand des genannten Ab. deckflansches sowie den ganzen, von diesem letzteren und der Schmalseite der Türplatte gebildeten Falz überdeckt.
