Garbage disposal system
The invention relates to garbage disposal systems with a downpipe vented upwards.
The known devices have the disadvantage that they do not work absolutely dust-free and that
EMI1.1
when dropping, eliminates the fact that a baffle surface is built into the downpipe of the system, this surface preferably being provided near the mouth of the strand in the garbage can. In addition to intercepting the falling energy, such a surface ensures that the falling material does not fall directly into the rubbish bins, thereby throwing up dust.
According to a further feature of the invention, the lower mouth of the fall line can be designed as a distributor and the baffle surface can be placed in front of this distributor, which means that the waste is heavily distributed over the buckets. Finally, according to the invention, the space accommodating the bucket and the mouth of the downpipe can be sealed airtight in the lower part of the system, which means that the noise is muffled and the dust that is thrown up is safely extracted through the upper vent of the downpipe.
The drawing shows in Fig. 1 a side view of part of the system according to the invention and Fig. 2 is a front view of the same.
Downpipe A, vented upwards, has a curve in the basement of the building in which the system is installed, and a baffle C is installed in the curve. This area has the task of diverting the garbage brought in through the chutes F provided in the floors of the building and of destroying the falling energy of the garbage. In the embodiment shown, the impact surface C is a
Distributed D downstream, the mouths of which protrude into the openings of garbage can B. This connection is made airtight in a manner known per se.
The one that receives the bucket B and the mouth of the downpipe A or the distributor D.
Room E in the lower part of the system is also hermetically sealed, roughly as shown in the drawing, with the aid of a gas-tight door G.
The measures proposed according to the invention can be incorporated into existing ones without difficulty
Install systems without incurring significant costs.
It also proves to be advantageous that the for
Installation required space at all known
Attachments already exist.
