Einhängevorrichtung an einem Scheuerlappen
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Einhängevorrichtung an einem Scheuerlappen, welche die
Befestigung desselben am Stiel eines Besens, Schrubbers oder sonstigen Arbeitsgerätes in besonders ein- facher und bequemer Art ermöglicht und weiter gegenüber bekannten, ähnlichen Vorrichtungen den Vor- teil bietet, dass die Fläche des Scheuerlappens nicht verkleinert und die Möglichkeit des Auswindens kaum beeinträchtigt wird, sowie dass schliesslich keine Gefahr eines Ausreissens des Lappens an der Einhängestel- le besteht, wie dies bei Scheuerlappen der Fall ist, in deren Fläche für das Einhängen von Befestigungs- organen Löcher eingeschnitten sind.
Die Einhängevorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung besteht in bekannter Weise aus einem einzigen Ein- hängeorgan in Form eines Befestigungsmittels für den Scheuerlappen tragenden Ringes, unterscheidet sich aber von den bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art dadurch, dass der Einhängering aus einem Teil seines Um- fanges in einen zur Verbindung mit dem Scheuertuch üblicher Art bestimmten, flächenförmigen Teil übergeht und mit diesem ein Stück bildet, derart, dass der Befestigungsteil am Lappenrand anbringbar ist und sich der Ring in an sich bekannter Weise ausserhalb der Fläche des Scheuerlappens befindet.
Eine solche Einhängevorrichtung vermeidet nicht nur die oben erwähnten Nachteile, sondern ist vor allem auch billig herstellbar. Dies gilt besonders für die bevorzugte Herstellung des Befestigungsteiles samt Ring aus plastischem Kunststoff, wobei eine solche Ausführung auch kein Hindernis für das Auswinden des Scheuerlappens bildet. Ringe aus plastischem Werkstoff, nämlich Kautschuk, die durch ein Loch im Scheuerlappen gezogen sind, sind an sich bekannt, nicht aber ein Befestigungsteil, der einen aussen liegenden Ring trägt.
Nach einem weiteren Erfindungsgedanken besteht der den Ring tragende Befestigungsteil aus zwei Klemmplatten, was den Vorteil ergibt, dass er am Lappen sehr einfach dadurch angebracht werden kann, dass der Rand der Lappen zwischen die Platten eingeführt und daran z. B. mittels Nietung oder Festpressen fixiert wird.
Nachstehend sind an Hand der Zeichnung zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung näher beschrieben.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt einen Scheuerlappen mit Einhängevorrichtung in Ansicht, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie Il-11 der Fig. 1 vergrössert, Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht die Anbringung eines Scheuerlappens an einem Schrubber, die Fig. 4 einen Scheuerlappen mit einer Einhängevorrichtung anderer Ausführung in Ansicht.
Bei dem in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Beispiel ist der Scheuerlappen 6 mit einem Teil 7 fest verbunden, der aus einem Ring 8 besteht, an dem auf einer Seite zwei Klemmplatten 9, 10 angesetzt sind, zwischen denen der Rand des Scheuerlappens eingeführt und z. B. mittels Nieten 11 od. dgl. festgehalten ist.
Fig. 3 zeigt die Anbringung des Scheuerlappens 6 an einem Schrubber 12 mit Stiel 13, woraus ersichtlich ist, dass der Ring 8 einfach über den Stiel 13 geschoben wird.
Statt des in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Teiles 7 kann ein ähnlicher Teil 19 (Fig. 4) verwendet werden, der mit einem Rand des Scheuerlappens fest verbunden ist, jedoch einen Aussenring aufweist, der geöffnet werden kann, da er durch zwei elastische Bügel 20, 21 gebildet wird, die sich zum Wegnehmen des Scheuerlappens vom Schmbberstiel, auf dem der Ring aufgebracht ist, öffnen lassen.
Die Erfindung ist nicht auf die dargestellten und beschriebenen Ausführungsformen beschränkt, sondern kann innerhalb ihres Rahmens liegende Abänderungen erfahren.
