Papierwalze für Schreibmaschinen. 



   Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine auswechselbare und auf Tragzapfen laufende Schreibwalze für Schreibmaschinen. Zweck der Erfindung ist, diese Walze schnell und ohne Zuhilfenahme irgendeines Werkzeuges auszuwechseln und die in Betracht kommenden Teile so auszubilden, dass eine Verminderung der Konstruktionsteile und des Gewichtes der Schreibwalze gegenüber den bekannten, auf durchgehender Achse oder auf Tragzapfen laufenden Schreibwalzen stattfindet. Ausserdem bezweckt die Erfindung ein ständiges, durchaus genaues   Rundlaufen   auch ausgewechselter Walzen und Erhaltung der richtigen Typenanschlagstelle an dem Gummimantel der Schreibwalze. 



   Zur Erreichung dieser Bedingungen sind die   Schreibwalzen-Achsenscheiben   der Schreibwalze im Innern mit Konus und Gewinde versehen, in welche die entsprechend ausgebildeten Tragzapfen passen. 



   Auf der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung veranschaulicht, und zwar ist Fig. 1 ein Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 eine Ansicht je eines Schreibwalzenendes. 



   An jedem Ende der hohlen Schreibwalze a befindet sich eine   Achsenscheibe   b zur Aufnahme der Tragzapfen c. Die Tragzapfen c tragen an ihren Enden die Handrädchen d, welche zum Drehen der Schreibwalze in den   Lagern !   und zum Auswechseln dieser Walze dienen. 



   Die Achsenscheiben b haben im Innern einen langen Konus e und Gewinde g, in welche das eine Ende der Tragzapfen mit dem gleichen Gewinde und dem gleichen Konus genau passt.

   The present invention relates to an interchangeable platen for typewriters that runs on trunnions. The purpose of the invention is to replace this roller quickly and without the aid of any tools and to design the parts in question so that the structural parts and the weight of the platen are reduced compared to the known platen rollers running on a continuous axis or on trunnions. In addition, the invention aims to ensure that even the rollers that have been changed run continuously and precisely, and that the correct type stop point is maintained on the rubber jacket of the platen.



   To achieve these conditions, the platen shaft washers of the platen are internally provided with a cone and thread into which the appropriately designed support pins fit.



   The invention is illustrated in the drawing, namely FIG. 1 is a longitudinal section and FIG. 2 is a view of one end of each platen.



   At each end of the hollow platen a there is an axle washer b for receiving the supporting pin c. The ends of the trunnions c carry the handwheels d, which are used to turn the platen in the bearings! and serve to replace this roller.



   The axle washers b have inside a long cone e and thread g, into which one end of the trunnion with the same thread and the same cone fits exactly.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Paper roller for typewriters, characterized in that the axle washers (b) EMI1.1 are connected, for the purpose of being able to replace this roller quickly and without the aid of any tool, to constantly achieve a precisely running gear, even replaced rollers, and to reduce the weight of the finished paper roller compared to known roller devices.
