   Die Erfindung betrifft die Anwendung eines bekannten auf elektrischem Wege durchgeführten Verfahrens, welches die Kontrolle des aus Meerwasser durch Destillation oder Kondensation gewonnenen   Trink-bezw. Kesselspeise-oder Nutzwassers   in bezug auf seinen Salzgehalt und die Bestimmung des letzteren ermöglicht. 



   Dieses Vorfahren beruht im wesentlichen auf der allgemein bekannten Veränderlichkeit dos   elektrischen Leitungsvermögons   des Wassers bei Änderung seines Salzgehaltes und wird in der Weise durchgeführt, dass das gewonnene Trink-oder Nutzwasser auf seinem Wege vom Destillator I, bezw. Kondensator zum Filter bezw. zur Zisterne um und zwischen die in bestimmter Entfernung angeordneten Elektroden eines Stromkreises geleitet und hiebei durch ein Voltmeter der Spannungsabfall gemessen oder auch die Wärme oder magnetische Wirkung dos Stromes bestimmt werden, welche bezw. der Spannungsabfall, einen Massstab für den Salzgehalt bilden. In den Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform des zur Durchführung des Verfahrens dienenden Apparates in der Vorderansicht und im senkrechten Schnitte dargestellt.
