Bei der Rücklaufbewegung wird der Sperrhebel über die hintere Wand der Ausnehmung 39 weggehend wieder in die Ruhelage (Fig. 3) zurückgedrückt, in welcher der Zündstift gesperrt ist. Zum bequemen Einsetzen und Ausheben des Sperrhebels ist das rückwärtige Ende 40 der den Sperrhebel aufnehmenden Ausnehmung im Verschlussstück so breit gehalten. dass das vordere Ende dbs Sperrhebels samt den Zapfen 38 von unten in dieselbe eingeführt worden kann (Fig. 4, 5 und 6G) und die Zapfen 38 in Nuten 41 eintreten können, die sich von dem rückwärtigen Ende 40 der Ausnehmung ausgehend nach vorne erstrecken ;

Fig. 7 zu regelnden Kraft.

that when the locking piece is inserted into the locking housing, the barrel must be pushed back in order to be able to bring the toggle bolt into the unlocked position, otherwise the guide strips 33 cannot be pushed under the rear ends of the guide ribs 34.
This device allows the closure piece to be lifted out and inserted in a simple manner.
In order to reliably prevent firing if the breech block is not completely locked, a cutout with a beveled rear end 36 is made on the underside of the firing pin 15 in the breech block 7. In the locking piece, a locking lever 37 is mounted by means of a pin 38 and is designed in such a way that its upper side fits exactly into the cutout when its underside rests on the bottom of the locking housing and is thus held smoothly in the underside of the locking piece by the underside of the locking hollow becomes (Fig. 3).
If the parts of the hammer 21 strike the rear end of the firing pin 15 in this position, the firing pin 15 cannot rush forward because it is fixed by the locking planer 37, which in turn is prevented from dodging by the bottom of the breech block. However, if the lock is completely established and locked, the rear end of the locking lever 37 lies opposite a recess 39 in the fixed web 19 (FIGS. 1 and 11), so that the locking lever 37 in this position of the parts when the hammer hits the firing pin rotating around the pin 38 and stepping into the recess 39 dodge downwards and so the firing pin can snap forward.
During the return movement, the locking lever is pushed back over the rear wall of the recess 39 back into the rest position (FIG. 3) in which the ignition pin is locked. For easy insertion and removal of the locking lever, the rear end 40 of the recess receiving the locking lever in the locking piece is kept so wide. that the front end of the locking lever together with the pins 38 can be inserted into the same from below (FIGS. 4, 5 and 6G) and the pins 38 can enter grooves 41 which extend forward from the rear end 40 of the recess;
one then pushes the locking lever forward until its pegs 38 guided in the grooves 41 have reached their front end and at the same time pushing the firing pin previously inserted into the breech block against the pressure of its spring, so one can finally threaten the locking lever around its peg, until its rear end has entered the recess in the locking piece and lies against the rear beveled end 36 of the cutout in the firing pin, as FIG. 3 shows. In this way, the firing pin and the locking lever in the breech block without the aid of screws or the like. Fosigelhalton and can be easily and quickly removed and reinserted.
The magazine is designed as a drum magazine, the drum 42 in a known manner at the rear end with the round pin 43 in a bearing 44 at the bottom of the
EMI2.3
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
The front nue of the drum is bored to receive an axle 46 which is coupled to the drum by the wedge 47 on threat. This axis has a collar 48 with a circumferential groove 50 that is interrupted at one point by a web 49, the front edge of which is cut through at 51 at a point approximately diametrically opposite the web 49 (FIGS. 7, 8, 9).
A coil spring 52 is attached to the front end of the axle.
EMI3.1
an inwardly projecting shoulder 54 located at the rear end thereof abuts up to the front edge of the collar 48 and at the same time the sleeve engages with the free end of the helical spring 52. Now you turn the sleeve on the axis in the
Direction of the arrow (Fig. 7) while tensioning the spring until the
Approach 54 arrives in front of the cutout 51 in the front edge of the groove 50 and presses the
Axle into the sleeve until the shoulder enters the groove; the tensioned spring then rotates the sleeve on the axis opposite to the direction of the arrow (Fig. 7) until the
Approach 64 abuts against the web 49 (Fig. 8).
Since the sleeve does not describe the full angle in this latter rotation which it described when rotating in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 7), the spring 52 in the position in FIG. 8 has a certain one
The initial tension nnd thus presses the projection 54 against the web 49 with one due to the choice of the angular distance between the cutout 51 and the projection 34 in the position
Fig. 7 force to be regulated. The axle and the sleeve are then so firmly connected that they can be handled as a unitary whole and the spring 52 has received the required initial tension.
Now you push the whole thing with the axis first into the front drum opening until the wedge 47 on the axis against a bevel 55 (FIG. 10) at the front end of the associated keyway 56 in the drum and a wedge 57 on the sleeve 53 has entered a cutout 58 in an inwardly directed flange 59 at the front end of the drum, as FIG. 10 indicates in solid lines.
If you then press the axle together with the sleeve into the drum, the first is rotated by the bevel 55 against the action of the spring 52, while the sleeve is prevented from rotating relative to the drum by the wedge 57 engaging in the cutout 58 and continues go the keys 47 and 57 in the keyway 56 hezw. in the cutout 58 straight ahead until the wedge 57 is behind the
Flanging 59 has occurred, whereupon the spring 52 threatens the sleeve 53 in the drum and thus pushes the front end of the wedge under the flanging 59, as FIG. 10 indicates in dotted lines. It is then the drum with de! The axle and the sleeve are so firmly connected that these parts can be handled as a single whole.
The round pin 43 of the drum is then pushed into the bearing 44 at the bottom of the
Magazine housing and presses the non-circular, expediently flat rectangular extension 60 at the free end of the sleeve 53 into a slot in the stand 61 at the bottom of the magazine housing, so that the sleeve is secured against rotation in the magazine, the drum 42, however, with the axis 46 opposite the sleeve 53 can rotate when the cartridges are inserted from above and while receiving them in one direction against the action of the spring 52 and under tension thereof in a known manner.
The step-by-step reverse rotation of the drum under the action of the spring then causes the individual cartridges to be fed into the path of the breech block in an equally known manner. The limitation of the individual steps during the return movement of the drum is also done in a known manner (in that the topmost cartridge in the drum rests against a resilient stop (not shown) in the lock housing) and likewise the locking of the lock in the open position after firing the last one removed from the magazine
Cartridge, in which the wide wing 75.1 of the drum then stands in the path of the breech block (Fig. 8).
The initial tension applied to the spring 52 in the manner described above has the consequence that the drum also brings the last cartridge safely into the path of the breech block.
EMI3.2
In the device according to Dom Stamm's patent, the locking piece has to slide over the head of the hammer after the hammer has been cocked, with considerable friction of the locking piece on the hammer head being created as a result of the impact spring tension. In order to prevent this, the rod is designed so that after the locking piece 7,

The rod as a whole forms a frame open in the middle, in that the rear part 27 is supported by two arms 66 (FIG. 11) which extend from the trunnions 64, 67; the arms 68 extending from the trunnions 64, 67 carry

Space between the pairs of arms 66 and 68 and between the trunnions 64, 67 can be freely moved. This allows the trunnion 64, 67 to be given the most favorable position against the pivot 69 of the hammer, regardless of the movement of the hammer.
In order to be able to prevent arbitrary firing, a lock is provided which acts in such a way that it prevents the rod tip 62 from being pulled out of the latch (j3 of the hammer. This lock consists of a resilient lever 70, the pin 77 of which passes laterally a cutout 72 on the lock housing is inserted into this,

The length of the tooth and the width of the bore 74 are so dimensioned that when the former has fully entered the latter, the tip 62 of the rod has completely reached the haste of the hammer and the latter is snapped forward by the mainspring.
EMI4.4
The pin and thus the rod tip cannot be lifted out of the latch of the hammer, i.e. it cannot be fired. If one finally brings the lever 70 into the dotted position III (FIG. 12), the projection 73 of the pin 77 comes to stand in front of a corresponding widening 78 of the cutout 72 in the lock housing, so that the pin can be pulled laterally out of the lock housing and thus remove the lock. The lever 70 is held in positions I and 11 in that it engages in notches on the lock housing.
Once the lock has been lifted, the rod can be rotated into the position indicated in dotted lines in FIG. 12, in which the hammer, after the striker spring 65 and its pivot pin 69 have been removed, between the arms 66, 68 and the trunnions 64, 67 the same can be pulled through from the lock housing.
The front trunnion 67 according to FIG. 12 is not completely enclosed by its bearing 80, but only at an angle of slightly more than 180, while the grate of the bearing is open and there the circumference of the pin is free over the edge of the bolt housing protrudes; the arms 66, 68 leave a part of the circumference of this trunnion free, which is somewhat larger than the opening of its bearing, as FIG. 12 shows.

The insertion of the rod and the hammer is done by performing the steps described in reverse order.

In order to be able to use the present self-loader also as a single loader, a resilient flap 81 is pivoted into the right side of the closure housing, at the front end of which a nose 82 protruding into the path of the locking piece is attached (Figs. 13 and 13a) Closure piece, this nose is pushed back by the rear bevel 83 of the right guide bar 33 and then snaps forward again to lie in front of the paragraph 84 of this guide bar.If the lock piece is then pushed forward quickly and forcefully, for example by its spring 6, the slides Paragraph 84 in any case away over the rear flank of the nose 82 and this nose is unable to stop the rapid forward movement of the locking piece.
However, the inclination of the rear flank of this nose is chosen so that when the breechblock is slowly moved forward, the shoulder 84 remains attached to it and the forward movement of the breechblock is stopped. Therefore, if the weapon is to be used as a single shot with an empty magazine, Thus, the locking piece, which after the opening caused by the recoil, was pushed forward by its spring 6 until it has been stopped by the wide wing 75 of the drum 42, is returned by hand until it is stopped by the nose 82 , then you insert the cartridge by hand, the broad wing 75 being pressed down so far that it comes out of the path of the breech block and finally you press the flap 81 down,
whereby the breech block is released, and under the action of its spring, the cartridge prematurely inserts into the barrel and establishes and locks the breech block.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Self-loader with movable barrel according to the parent patent no. 13063, characterized in that the rear end of the lock housing is covered by a cap (77) which engages with lugs (28) at the front end in recesses (29) on the lock housing , while its rear end is closed by a plate (35), which logs over the rear end plate (31) of the lock housing and through the rear end of the guide pin (32) of the return spring (6) of the lock piece, which is inserted into a hole in the end plate the cap snaps, is held in place for the purpose of facilitating removal and insertion of the cap.
2. Self-loader according to the parent patent no.13063, characterized in that the locking piece (7) with guide strips () under guide ribs (34) engages on the locking housing and these end so far from the rear end of the locking housing that, when the Closure piece has been fully retracted after its return spring has been lifted out and the cap has been removed, its rear end turned up out of the closure housing and then the closure piece can be pulled out to the rear for the purpose of making it easier to lift out and insert the closure piece.
3. Self-loading according to the parent patent no. 13063, characterized in that a locking lever (37) is mounted in the breech block in such a way that, when it rests smoothly on the underside of the breech block and on the bottom of the breech block, its upper side moves into a rear beveled cutout on the underside of the firing pin (15) and thus prevents the latter from jumping forwards until the locking piece has fully advanced and the locking lever has guided in front of a recess (39) in the web (19) of the lock housing, which the locking lever the evasion downwards and thus the
Firing pin allowed to jump forward.
