Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Flaschenfüll- und Verkorkvorrichtung, bei welcher der Stempel zum Einpressen des Korkes in die Flasche mit einer Einrichtung versehen ist, vermittels welcher der Hub dieses Stempels auf einfache Weise begrenzt und verändert werden kann. Des weiteren ist der Stempel derart ausgebildet, dass die verkokte Flasche bei aufliegendem Stempel kreuzweise verdrahtet worden kann.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Vorrichtung in Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 eine Einzelheit des Stempels und Fig. 3 den unteren Teil des Stempels von der Seite und von unten gesehen.
Der Antrieb des Stempels 1 erfolgt durch einen Hebel 2 (Fig. 1). An diesem ist eine Stange 8 an gelenkt (Fig. 2), die mit ihrem unteren Ende in einem Kopf 4 des Stempels ruht. Um den zum Einpressen des Korkes in die Flasche mit dem Hebel 2 ausgeführten Hub begrenzen zu können, ist am Ständer der Maschine ein llilfshebel 5 angelenkt, der den Stempelkopf 4 umfasst und Schlitze besitzt, in welchen Zapfen 6 des Stempelkopfes eingreifen. Dadurch, dass beim Schwingen des Hebels 2 dip Zapfen 6 an den Enden der Schlitze anstossen. wird der Hub des Stempels begrenzt.
So lange der Drohpunkt des Hilfshebels 5 dieselbe Lage beibehalt, wird, wenn der Hebel 2 so weit gedreht wird, bis die Zapfen 6 gegen die Enden der Schlitze stossen, der Stempel immer bis zur gleichen Tiefe niedergedrückt werden.
Um nun den Hub des Stempels nach unten verändern zu können, ohne die übrigen Teile der Maschine gegeneinander verstellen zu müssen, ist der Drehpunkt des Hilfshebels 5 an einer am Maschinengestell verstellbaren Hülse 7 angeordnet, so dass durch Verstellen der letzteren der Hub des Stempels verändert werden kann.

Bottle filling and corking device
The subject matter of the present invention is a bottle filling and corking device in which the stamp for pressing the cork into the bottle is provided with a device by means of which the stroke of this stamp can be limited and changed in a simple manner. Furthermore, the stamp is designed in such a way that the coked bottle can be wired crosswise when the stamp is on top.

The stamp 1 is driven by a lever 2 (FIG. 1). At this a rod 8 is articulated (Fig. 2), which rests with its lower end in a head 4 of the stamp. In order to be able to limit the stroke executed with the lever 2 for pressing the cork into the bottle, an auxiliary lever 5 is hinged to the stand of the machine, which includes the stamp head 4 and has slots in which pins 6 of the stamp head engage. Because when the lever 2 is swinging, dip pins 6 hit the ends of the slots. the stroke of the punch is limited.
As long as the threat point of the auxiliary lever 5 maintains the same position, if the lever 2 is rotated until the pins 6 hit the ends of the slots, the punch will always be depressed to the same depth.
In order to be able to change the downward stroke of the punch without having to adjust the other parts of the machine against each other, the pivot point of the auxiliary lever 5 is arranged on an adjustable sleeve 7 on the machine frame, so that the stroke of the punch can be changed by adjusting the latter can.
