Tube mit Presskolben
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Tube mit Presskolben. Bei den bereits bekannten Tuben mit Presskolben kann weder die Entleervorrichtung abgenommen, noch das Tubeninnere gereinigt werden, wodurch eine wiederholte Nachfüllung bzw. Verwendung praktisch unmöglich ist. Ein weiterer Nachteil liegt in der wenig raumsparenden Entleervorrichtung, wodurch das Tubenfassungsvermögen verringert oder der Tubenumfang in unzweckmässiger Weise vergrössert wird.
Bei der gegenständlichen Erfindung hingegen ist die Entleervorrichtung so beschaffen, dass sie zum Zwecke der Reinigung und wiederholten Nachfüllung leicht abgeschraubt und wieder aufgesetzt werden kann. Weiters ist der Presskolben an seiner der Austrittsöffnung zugekehrten Seite konisch ausgebildet, so dass eine vollständige Entleerung des Tubeninhaltes erreicht wird.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Im Tubenkörper e ist ein konisch ausgebildeter Kolben a verschraubbar. Dieser steht mit einer Drehscheibe c durch eine Feder b, deren Enden mittels Riegel oder Nieten befestigt sind, in Verbindung. Die Drehscheibe c, die zur Betätigung eine rippenförmige Handhabe besitzt, ist ihrerseits im Füllverschlusskörper d drehbar gelagert.
Um den Füllinhalt aus der Tube zu pressen, wird die Drehscheibe c im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, dadurch schraubt sich der Kolben a nach aufwärts und die Füllmasse tritt aus. Die gänzliche Entleerung des Tubeninhaltes wird in der Austrittsöffnung der Tube durch Erscheinen des farbigen Köpfchens vom Presskolben a angezeigt.
Zur Nachfüllung und Reinigung wird zuerst der Füllverschluss d abgeschraubt, dann durch Drehung in entgegengesetzter Richtung der Presskolben a entfernt.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Tube mit Presskolben, bei der in bekannter Weise die Behälterinnenwand mit einem Gewinde versehen ist, in welches ein Gewinde des verschiebbaren, konisch ausgebildeten Kolbens (a) eingreift, wobei dieser Kolben (a) mit der Drehscheibe (c) durch eine Feder (b) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehscheibe (c) in dem Füllverschlusskörper (d) drehbar gelagert ist, der auf dem Tubenkörper (e) aufgeschraubt ist.

The invention relates to a tube with a plunger. In the case of the already known tubes with plungers, the emptying device can neither be removed nor the inside of the tube cleaned, which makes repeated refilling or use practically impossible. Another disadvantage lies in the little space-saving emptying device, which reduces the tube capacity or increases the tube circumference in an inexpedient manner.
In the present invention, however, the emptying device is designed in such a way that it can easily be unscrewed and replaced for the purpose of cleaning and repeated refilling. Furthermore, the plunger is conical on its side facing the outlet opening so that the tube contents are completely emptied.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing. A conical piston a can be screwed into the tube body e. This is connected to a turntable c by a spring b, the ends of which are fastened by means of bolts or rivets. The turntable c, which has a rib-shaped handle for actuation, is in turn rotatably mounted in the filling closure body d.
In order to squeeze the filling contents out of the tube, the turntable c is turned clockwise, as a result of which the piston a screws upwards and the filling compound emerges. The complete emptying of the tube's contents is indicated in the outlet opening of the tube by the appearance of the colored head of the plunger a.
For refilling and cleaning, first unscrew the filler cap d, then remove the plunger a by turning it in the opposite direction.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1.Tube with plunger, in which the inner wall of the container is provided with a thread in a known manner, in which a thread of the displaceable, conical piston (a) engages, this piston (a) with the rotary disk (c) by a spring ( b) is connected, characterized in that the turntable (c) is rotatably mounted in the filling closure body (d) which is screwed onto the tube body (e).
