Austrian PATENT LETTER No. 16307. JOSEF TAUBÖCK IN LIESING NEAR VIENNA.
Spreading device for tissue.
The present invention relates to a fabric stretching device which can be attached in front of any finishing machine, calender, drying machine, etc.
Fig. 1 shows the device in the view and Fig. 2 shows one side up to the middle in plan.
A wheel d is fastened on each side on a fixed central axis a, which is also fixed. Furthermore, a gear wheel b is loosely placed on the shaft on both sides between the bearings c and the wheel d on this shaft. These gears have on theirs
Circumference of a number of slots p, into which slide bearings h are guided by means of spindles f and handwheels 9. Rollers i are loosely supported in these sliding bearings, and these are provided with spreader grooves cut on their surface or placed spreader spirals.
Wheels k, which mesh with wheels d, sit laterally on these spreader rollers i. A small gear 1, which is driven by a wool, engages in each of the wheels dz.
The fabric run is shown in Fig. 1 by a dotted line and the two guide rollers 0 serve to guide the fabric to and from the spreader device.
The spreader now works as follows: By putting the two wheels b into operation, the wheels roll on the stationary wheels d and thus receive the rolling zone i apart from a general rotation about the central axis a, a special rotation their own central axis, so that a so-called planetary gear is achieved.
By now running the fabric around the spreader device, this can take place with or against the direction of travel of the device, the fabric is through the
Rotation of the spreader rollers i spread out, so leaves the device not only free of folds, but also in a wide state, wider than it reaches the same.
The direction of the spreader grooves and the speeds of the spreader device itself and of the individual rollers can be seen! bst \ 'I buy depending on the
Change goods. It is also possible to drive the wheels instead of locking them, so that the rollers i still have an additional speed.
Of course, the construction of the device can also be held in such a way that the wheels b are fixed on the central axis a so that both rotate together and the wheels d are held in some other way, i.e. H. can be prevented from running by z. B. sit these wheels between the bearings c and the wheels b and are attached to the camp itself; the mode of action is completely the same in this embodiment.
