<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

In.

<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
<Desc/Clms Page number 7>

The present invention relates to a hydraulically actuated rear wall, in particular for a loading wagon.
Loader wagons (e.g. hay loader wagons) are often equipped with a hydraulically operated rear wall. For this purpose, either a hydraulic cylinder is provided on one side or a hydraulic cylinder is provided on each side, with the aid of which the rear wall can be opened and closed. A locking mechanism is provided so that the rear wall remains reliably in the closed position. This locking mechanism is usually also hydraulically operated; However, locking mechanisms are also known which can be actuated mechanically (e.g. via a cable pull) from the tractor. A disadvantage of such locking mechanisms is not only the additional effort, but also the high susceptibility to faults.
A loading wagon is an agricultural machine that is often used off-road, so it is not uncommon for the rear wall to be bent. In this case, the locking mechanism generally fails; at least manual assistance is required (which requires the driver to get off the tractor).
The object of the present invention is to avoid these disadvantages.
In the case of a hydraulically actuatable rear wall, this object is achieved in that the rear wall is held in the closed position in a guide from which it can only be lifted against its weight and / or against the force of a spring.
According to the invention, no additional locking mechanism is necessary, so that no additional control circuit is required for mechanical or hydraulic actuation. There are no mechanically movable closure parts, such as snappers, bolts or the like, which need to be regularly serviced (greased). Nevertheless, the rear wall is reliably fixed in the closed position because, at the end of the closing process, its weight and / or the force of a spring into the guide provided according to the invention.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
tion, from which it can only be lifted by considerable force. Such high forces are easily applied by the hydraulics, accidental opening (e.g.
B. by vibrations) is however impossible. Since the hydraulics are only necessary to open the rear wall (but not to lock it), the rear wall according to the invention requires a single-acting pressure connection; no double-acting connection is necessary.
It is expedient if the guide consists of at least one roller, which is attached to the bottom of the rear wall, and of at least one U-shaped catch pocket, the roller being in the catch pocket in the closed position of the rear wall and with the catch pocket on one leg of the U has a stop for the roller and on the other leg of the U has a run-in slope. The guidance is achieved in that a roller of the rear wall is held in an open, U-shaped catch pocket. When the rear wall is closed, the roller reaches the catch bag from above via the inlet slope, and then rolls until the closed position at the stop opposite the inlet slope is reached.
An embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the rear wall is rotatably mounted on its upper edge at one end of a main arch, which is rotatably mounted at its other end, that a rocker is rotatably supported on the main arch about an axis of rotation, that a hydraulic piston / Cylinder combination with one end articulated on the main arch, in particular on the axis of rotation of the rocker and articulated at the other end, that the rocker is biased by a spring about the axis of rotation, that a handlebar is articulated on the rocker with one end, the other end is hinged to the rear wall, so that by rotation
EMI2.1
Rear wall is pressed into the closed position,
and that to limit the rotational movement of the rocker due to the bias by the spring, a rope with one end on the rocker
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
is attached, the other end is anchored in place.
When the rear wall is in the closed position and the hydraulics are actuated, the main arch including the rear wall is raised first. The rear wall is pressed in relation to the main arch by the spring in the direction of the closed position. This continues until the rope is tensioned. When the hydraulic system is actuated further, the rocker rotates against the pretension of the spring, so that the rear wall rotates in the direction of the open position with respect to the main arch. When closing, this process is reversed.
It is often desirable for loading wagons that the rear wall can be brought into two different opening positions, a first position in which the rear wall is located only slightly above the loading wagon and a further position in which the door can be opened up high above the loading wagon . The first position is necessary if there is not much space above the loading wagon, and the second is particularly convenient when unloading Dürrheu. In the case of the rear wall according to the invention, this can be achieved simply in that a stop is provided between the main arch and the rear wall and that the rope can be fixed in place at at least two different attachment points, so that the extent of the opening of the rear wall can be changed.
If the rope is hooked in higher, the rear wall only begins to swing open relative to the main arch after a correspondingly longer actuation of the hydraulics, so that the main arch is almost vertical before the rear wall is twisted relative to the main arch. To prevent the rear wall from coming too close to the main arch due to the action of the spring, a stop is provided between the main arch and the rear wall so that the angle between the main arch and the rear wall cannot fall below a certain minimum dimension.
The present invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying figures. 1 shows the rear end of a loading wagon with a rear wall according to the invention in the closed position; Fig. 2 the same, but with a little
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
opened, unlocked rear wall; 3 shows the same, but with the rear wall in the first open position; 4 shows the same with rear wall in the second open position; Fig. 5 the leadership from behind and Fig. 6 the leadership from the side.
A main arch 8 is rotatably mounted on a loading wagon 2, of which only the rear end can be seen in FIGS. 1 to 4; the main arc axis of rotation is designated 14.
The rear wall 1 is rotatably fastened to the main arch 8, the rear wall axis of rotation being designated by 15. At the lower end of the rear wall 1, a roller 4 is attached to the side (see also FIGS. 5 and 6), which is located in a catch pocket 5 in the closed position of the rear wall 1. This catch bag 5 is U-shaped, the U being open at the top; one leg of the U forms a stop 6 for the roller 4, and the upper end of the opposite leg of the U is bent up to a run-in slope 7.
The main arch 8 also has an axis of rotation 10 on which a rocker 9 is rotatably mounted. A piston 16 of a hydraulic piston / cylinder combination is also located on the axis of rotation 10.
EMI4.1
; The self-loading wagon is of course movable.) In. Direction of travel of the loading wagon 2 in front of the hydraulic piston / cylinder combination 11, a spring 3 is provided, which is articulated at the top of the rocker 9 and below at the loading wagon 2 '. In the direction of travel of the loading wagon 2 behind the hydraulic piston / cylinder combination 11, a rope 13 is provided, which also runs approximately vertically and is rotatably attached to the top of the rocker 9 and below to the loading wagon 2. The rope 13 can be attached to the loading wagon 2 at two different suspension points 19 or 20.
1 to 3, it is attached to the lower attachment point 20, in FIG. 4 to the upper attachment point 19.
Finally, a handlebar 12 is articulated on the rocker 9, u. between. In the closed position of the rear wall 1 approximately above the axis of rotation 10 of the rocker 9. The other end of the
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
Handlebar 12 is articulated on the rear wall 1 below the rear wall axis of rotation 15. A stop 18 is provided on the rear wall 1 so that the angle between the main arch 8 and the rear wall 1 cannot fall below a certain minimum amount.
1 to 3 will now explain how the rear wall 1 reaches the first open position. The rope 13 is attached to the lower suspension point 20.
EMI5.1
the main bow 8 lifts; this therefore rotates about the main arc axis of rotation 14. The rocker 9 is biased counterclockwise due to the spring 3, which is a tension spring; The handlebar 12 is therefore - as seen in Figure 1 - biased to the left so that it tries to rotate the rear wall 1 about the rear wall axis of rotation 15 clockwise; the lower end of the rear wall 1 is therefore biased to the left, as seen in FIG. 1, so that the roller 4 rests on the stop 6.
While the piston 16 extends from the cylinder 17, the rear wall axis of rotation 15 and thus also the rear wall 1 are raised by the rotation of the main arch 8; the roller 4 runs from the stop 6. When the roller 4 has reached the height of the run-in slope 7, the rope 13 is just tensioned (see FIG. 2). If the piston 16 is now extended further from the cylinder 17, the rocker 9 rotates clockwise as a result of the tensioned cable 13 (see FIG. 3). This rotation shifts the handlebar 12 to the right and thereby rotates the rear wall 1 about the rear wall axis of rotation. 15 in the open position. As a result, the roller 4 is lifted off the stop 6.
(The path 21 of the roller 4 can be seen in FIG. 6.) The piston 16 can be extended at most until the axis of rotation 10 lies on the imaginary extension of the rope 13; a further movement is no longer possible due to the tensioned rope 13. The rear wall 1 is then in the position shown in FIG. 3, the first open position.
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
The rear wall 1 is closed simply by releasing the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic piston / cylinder combination 11. As a result of the spring 3, the rocker swivels
9 about the axis of rotation 10 counterclockwise, the rope 13 remains tensioned. As a result, the rear wall 1 pivots clockwise about the rear wall axis of rotation 15. At the same time, the main arch 8 is lowered, i.e. H. he swings around the main arch
Rotation axis 14 clockwise. This process continues until the roller 4 to the inlet slopes 7 of the fishing bag.
5 is coming. If the rear wall 1 is bent laterally, the
Roll 4 along the inlet slope 7 into the catch pocket 5. Ideally, it would even have to come to stop 6 without contact. At about this point, that relaxes
Rope 13, and by the spring 3, the 'rear wall 1 is pressed into the closed position via the rocker 9 and the handlebar 12, i. H. the roller 4 is pressed against the stop 6.
When the hydraulic pressure is released further, the roller 4 then rolls along the stop 6 into the catch pocket 5 until the
Roll 4 is completely retracted. The rear wall 1 has now reached the position shown in FIG. 1, is closed and locked. It can only be lifted out of the catch pockets 5 against its own weight and against the force of the spring 3.
1 and 4 will now explain how the rear wall 1 can be brought into the second open position.
The rope 13 is fastened to the loading wagon 2 at the upper attachment point 19. Now the hydraulic piston / cylinder combination
11 pressurized, the rear wall Y is initially lifted in exactly the same way as was previously explained with regard to the first opening position. Compared to FIG. 2, however,
EMI6.1
raised, d. H. is pivoted counterclockwise around the main arc axis of rotation 14. Now the main arch 8 opens
<Desc / Clms Page number 7>
and the rear wall 1 together, the angle which they enclose with one another remains unchanged and is determined by the stop 18. Only when the main arch 8 is almost vertical does the rope 13 tension and, when the piston 16 is extended further, causes the rocker 9 to pivot clockwise.
As a result, the rear wall 1 is pressed open even further via the handlebar 12 by being pivoted counterclockwise about the rear wall axis of rotation 15.
The closing takes place in reverse order, analogous to that described for the first opening position.
In the figures, the opening mechanism, the roller 4 and the catch bag 5 can only be seen on the left side of the loading wagon 2 in the direction of travel. In principle, this is also
