   Vorliegende Reinigungsvorrichtung beruht auf der Verwendung von   Wasserzerstäubung   mittels schnell rotierender Scheiben nach Art von Desintegratorscheiben oder auch glatten bombierten Scheiben, welche durch Fliehkraft das ihnen zugeleitete Wasser im erweiterten   Raume   zerstäuben. Das zerstäubte Wasser mischt sich innig mit den Gasen, indem es dieselben intensiv durchdringt und den Staub mit sich zu Boden reisst, sobald sich der Wasserstaub wieder verflüssigt. Das Wasser wird den Scheiben entweder von aussen oder durch Röhrchen von der Mitte der Scheiben oder durch die eventuell hohle Welle selbst   zugeführt.   



   Umstehende Zeichnung zeigt die Vorrichtung an   einem   Ausführungsbeispiele. Fig. 1 ist die Reinigungsvorrichtung im vertikalen Achsialschnitte, Fig. 2 ist die Reinigungsvorrichtung im vertikalen Querschnitte. 



   1 ist die Welle, auf welcher Zerstäubungsscheiben 2 aufgekeilt und je mit einem Wasserzuleitungsrohre 3 und nahe an ihrem Ende mit Zerstäubungsbolzen versehen sind. 



  Jeder Scheibe wird das Wasser an einer oder mehreren Stellen zugeführt. Diese Vorrichtung ist in einem Kasten 4 eingeschlossen und wird von aussen in schnelle Rotation gebracht. 



  Das zu reinigende Gas wird durch das   Rohr 5 zu-und   bei 6 abgeführt ; bei 7 fliesst das Schmutzwasser ab.

   The present cleaning device is based on the use of water atomization by means of rapidly rotating disks in the manner of disintegrator disks or smooth cambered disks which atomize the water supplied to them in the enlarged space by centrifugal force. The atomized water mixes intimately with the gases, penetrating them intensely and dragging the dust with it to the ground as soon as the water dust liquefies again. The water is fed to the discs either from the outside or through small tubes from the middle of the discs or through the possibly hollow shaft itself.



   The following drawing shows the device in an exemplary embodiment. Fig. 1 is the cleaning device in vertical axial section, Fig. 2 is the cleaning device in vertical cross section.



   1 is the shaft on which atomizing disks 2 are keyed and each provided with a water supply pipe 3 and near their end with atomizing bolts.



  The water is fed to each disc at one or more points. This device is enclosed in a box 4 and is brought into rapid rotation from the outside.



  The gas to be cleaned is fed in through pipe 5 and discharged at 6; at 7 the dirty water flows off.

PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Vorrichtung zur Reinigung von Gasen, insbesonders Hochofengichtgasen, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass an der Achse (1) des von den zu reinigenden Gasen durchzogenen Gefässes schnell rotierende, nahe an den Rändern mit Zerstäubungsbolzen versehene EMI1.2 wodurch eine solche Zerstäubung dersdben erfolgt, dass sie den Durchgangsraum der zu reinigenden Gase mit feinem Wasserstaub ausfüllen, ohne ihrem Durchzug namhaften Widerstand zu leisten. **WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**.
