EMI1.1
The invention relates to a device for transferring milk from the sealed with
Lid provided transport vessel of the producer in vessels of the consumer, the transport vessel, when the milk is to be removed from him, in a known manner from its normal
Position is raised and tilted by about 180.
The invention consists in particular in a connection of the transport vessel with a tap, the housing of which is fixed in the one for lifting and tilting the
Vessel serving frame is arranged and the chick is rotated by a connecting member actuated during tilting from its closed position into a position in which it is simultaneously a
Connection between the outlet pipe of the transport vessel and the supply pipe of the receiving vessel for the milk on the one hand and a connection between the transport vessel and the atmospheric air on the other hand.
The subject of the invention is illustrated in the drawing by means of an exemplary embodiment.
1 shows the transport vessel in a position already raised by a lifting and tilting device and tilted by 180 °, in which the device according to the invention simultaneously feeds milk into the receptacles and air into the transport vessel. FIG. 2 shows the device according to the invention in connection with the transport and receiving vessel in the closed state, FIG. 3 in the open state, each in cross section, FIG. 4 in an axial section.
In the sealed cover of the transport vessel 5 is a pipe connection piece 29 with normal
Vessel position automatically closing ball valve 30 or the like attached. The housing 18 of the cock serving as a control element is fixedly arranged in the frame of the lifting and tilting device and connected to the measuring vessel 16 by the pipe 22. In the plug 17, on the other hand, the pipe 21 serving as a connection between its channel 20 and the connecting piece 29 of the transport vessel 5 is attached, which causes the plug to rotate when the vessel is tilted, and a pipe 25 opening into the duct 24 of the plug for the air supply to the transport vessel contains. The tap housing 18 has a slot 23 which extends more than 180 degrees over its circumference and in which the tube 21 moves when the vessel is tilted.
In the position of the transport vessel shown in Fig. 2, the ball valve 30 in the pipe socket 29 is closed, as is the connection between the pipes 21 and 22 for the milk and the pipes 25 and 27 for the air (Fig. 4) by the tap 17, 18 interrupted.
If the transport vessel 5 is in the position tilted upwards by 1800 (Fig. 3), milk can be fed into the measuring vessel 16 and into the vessel via the now open ball valve 30 through the pipe 21, the channel 20 in the plug and the drain pipe 22 of the consumer flow and at the same time, as a substitute for the milk, air flow through the filter 28, the pipe 27, the channel 24 in the chick and the pipe 25 into the transport vessel, which at the same time causes the milk to be swirled through so that the milk flowing out always has a has the same composition.
A ball valve 26 arranged in the air supply pipe 25 prevents milk from entering the air supply pipe 25.
