Sie konnten daher überhaupt nicht oder nur unter völliger Deformation des Presslings aus der Form herausgenommen werden, wenn eine Nachhärtung ohne Druck beabsichtigt war. Demgegenüber zeigen die nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren erhaltenen und vorgehärteten Produkte den grossen Vorzug, dass sie nicht bis zur Vollendung der Härtung verpresst zu werden brauchen.

   Schon wenn die verschiedenfarbigen Körner durch die Verpressung miteinander vereinigt sind, was schon vor der Erreichung des Endzustandes der Härtung stattfindet, können die erhaltenen Presslinge glatt und ohne   Beschädigung   aus den Formen herausgenommen und dann auch ohne Anwendung von Druck zu Ende gehärtet werden, ohne dass Deformierung eintritt.

In contrast, the pre-cured products obtained by the present process have the great advantage that they do not need to be pressed until curing is complete.

   Even when the differently colored grains are united by pressing, which takes place before the final state of hardening is reached, the pellets obtained can be removed from the molds smoothly and without damage and then hardened to the end without applying pressure, without deformation entry.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of pressed plastics, characterized in that the mixed products used according to patent no.149366 are not hardened to the point where they are ready to be cut, but only to the state where they are already ready to be milled, infusible and no longer flowable, then comminuted to form grains whereupon, if necessary after previous drying, grains of different colors are pressed together by the action of moderate heat (less than 100) and pressure or even pressure alone.
