Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Faserstoffplatten Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung von solchen Bauplatten, die aus organischen und/oder anorganischen zerkleinerten oder fasrigen Massen oder Stoffen hergestellt werden. Derartige Platten werden als Ersatz für Ziegel- und Zementbauweisen sowie als Ersatz für Naturholz und Sperrholz verwendet. Es handelt sich vor allem um die sogenannten Leichtbauplatten, insbesondere Asbestzementplatten, oder um solche Platten, die ganz oder zum Teil aus Holzfasern bestehen. Man kann aber auch bei der Herstellung von Erzeugnissen aus der Masse, also bei der Herstellung von Platten oder sonstigen Gebilden, so vorgehen, daß die Masse nicht nur vor ihrer Formung entlüftet wird, sondern daß auch während und gegebenenfalls nach der Herstellung der gewünschten Erzeugnisse aus der entlüfteten Masse eine Entgasung bzw. Entlüftung vorgenommen wird. In diesem Falle können die Platten oder sonstigen Gebilde während bzw. nach ihrer Fertigstellung beispielsweise in einen Raum eingebracht werden, welcher an die Saugleitung einer Entlüftungspumpe oder ähnlichen Vorrichtung angeschlossen ist. Durch die Entlüftung wird erreicht, daß die Erzeugnisse eine wesentlich gleichmäßigere Dichte haben als die bisher bekannten Bauplatten, Faserstoffplatten oder anderen Gebilde, die aus organischen und/oder anorganischen verkleinerten oder fasrigen Stoffen hergestellt sind.
