Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung des Gegenstandes des Patentes Nr. 143614 und bezweckt, die auf das nasse Tuch ausgeübte Druckwirkung zu vergrössern. Gemäss der Erfindung erfolgt dies dadurch, dass die Ränder der Durchziehöffnung in der Gummiplatte gewindeartig ausgebildet sind.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, u. zw. ist Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf die Vorrichtung und Fig. 2 ein Längsschnitt nach der Linie i-B in Fig. l.
Die dargestellte Ausführungsform des Gerätes besteht, wie im Stammpatent beschrieben, aus zwei mit einem Aussenflansch versehenen Metallplatten 1 und 2 und einer Gummiplatte 3, die das eigentliche Ausdrückorgan bildet. Die Gummiplatte ist zwischen den beiden Metallplatten befestigt.
Die Anbringung des Gerätes an einem Eimer oder einer Wanne erfolgt in bekannter Weise durch Schrauben, die durch den Flansch der unteren Platte und die Wand des Eimers oder der Wanne hindurchgehen. Die Durchziehöffnung 4 ist mit flachem, mehrgängigem Gewinde versehen. Die Gewindegänge laufen an der unteren Seite der Ausdrückplatte spiralartig aus. Das nasse Tuch wird durch die gewindeartige Ausbildung der Ränder der Durehziehöffmmg während des Durchziehvorganges schraubenartig gedreht, wodurch eine grössere Druckwirkung auf das Tuch ausgeübt wird. Die obere Seite der Ausdrüolcplatte ist mit einem die Mündung der Durchziehöffnung umgebenden Ringwulste 5 versehen.
Dadurch, dass das Gewinde spiralartig an der unteren Plattenseite ausläuft, wird ein leichteres Eindrehen auch jenes Teiles des Tuches, welches noch nicht in die Durchziehöffnung eingezogen ist, bewirkt.

1. Gerät zum Ausdrücken von nassen Tüchern aller Art nach Patent Nr. 143614, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder der Durchziehöffnung (4) in der Gummiplatte gewindeartig ausgebildet sind.

The illustrated embodiment of the device consists, as described in the parent patent, of two metal plates 1 and 2 provided with an outer flange and a rubber plate 3 which forms the actual expressing member. The rubber plate is attached between the two metal plates.
The device is attached to a bucket or tub in a known manner by screws which pass through the flange of the lower plate and the wall of the bucket or tub. The pull-through opening 4 is provided with a flat, multi-start thread. The threads run out in a spiral on the lower side of the push-out plate. Due to the thread-like design of the edges of the pull-through opening, the wet cloth is rotated like a screw during the pull-through process, whereby a greater pressure effect is exerted on the cloth. The upper side of the push-out plate is provided with an annular bead 5 surrounding the mouth of the pull-through opening.
The fact that the thread runs out in a spiral manner on the lower side of the plate makes it easier to screw in that part of the cloth that has not yet been drawn into the pull-through opening.
