Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine mit einer Wegkarte od. dgl. ausgestattete Orientierungstafel, mit an den Zielpunkten od. dgl. befestigten bildlichen Darstellungen und besteht im wesentlichen darin, dass die Tafel mit Vertiefungen ausgestattet ist, in welche Plättchen mit den bildlichen Darstellungen oder sonstigen Ankündigungen eingesetzt werden und welche durch Glasplättchen od. dgl. abgedeckt

Hiedurch wird nicht nur ein wetterfestes Einsetzen der Plättehen ermöglicht, sondern es wird auch der weitere Vorteil erzielt, dass die Tafel an ihrer vorderen Fläche keine Befestigungsmittel oder sonstige vorspringende Teile erhalten muss, die nicht nur störend wirken würden, sondern auch boshaften Beschädigungen ausgesetzt wären.
Die Fig. 1 der Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der neuen Orientierungstafel in Ansieht, die Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie 11-II der Fig. 1 in grösserem Massstabe.
Die z. B. aus einer Sperrholzplatte 1 bestehende und durch einen Kantholzrahmen 2 od. dgl. versteifte Orientienmgstafel ist an ihrer Vorderfläche mit einer Weg-oder Landkarte 3 versehen. An den Zielpunkten ist die Tafel zwecks Einsetzens von bildlich Darstellungen oder sonstige Ankündigungen enthaltenden Plättchen mit kreisrunden Vertiefungen 5 versehen.
Die Plättehen 6 werden durch Glasplättehen 7, die an dem Umfange der Vertiefungen 5 bei 8 verkittet werden, abgedeckt, so dass sie wetterfest in der Orientierungstafel eingesetzt sind und nicht über die vordere Fläche derselben vorragen. Die kleinen Bohrlöcher 4, durch die die Plättchen 6 und 7 zwecks eventueller Auswechselung mittels eines Holzstiftes od. dgl. herausgedrückt werden können, werden ebenfalls verkittet.
Die Vertiefungen 5 werden zweckmässig erst in die fertig bemalte Tafel eingebohrt und die Tafel hierauf nach Einsetzen der Plättchen 6 und 7 mit einem wasserfesten Überzug, z. B. mit einer wetterfesten,. wasserhellen Lackschicht versehen.
