Description

Process for the production of paper sacks and packages.

For packaging various consumer items, v in particular food (coffee, pasta, etc.), in addition to the relatively expensive packs and bags, which are made entirely of transparent material, such as. B. transparencies, are made, such packs and bags are brought into trade, which are made of cheaper, less or opaque material and in which openings (windows) are cut. These openings are sealed with transparent material, such as transparencies or the like, so that the contents of the pack can be seen through.

The method according to the invention consists in producing similar packs with a significant reduction in price compared to the aforementioned, already known packs with transparent windows, since these known window packs are produced in such a way that the openings (windows) are individually punched out, individually glued with transparent material and the packs are finished and bags must be made individually, mostly by hand, which results in relatively significant manufacturing costs.

The essence of the process now lies in gluing a strip or a web of transparent material, such as viseose foil, between two strips or webs coming from rolls, the middle part of which is transparent is. This entire web can be processed mechanically in the same way as other material webs, for example on paper bags and folding cartons, with the contents of the pack looking through the transparent strip.

In the production of packaging by hand, only an overall strip is produced.
 EMI1.1
Pack or a single sachet is necessary. These total strips are then cut to the size required for the individual pack and processed individually.

In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows two webs a coming from rolls made of less transparent material, which are glued together with a central web b made of transparent material to form an overall web.

FIG. 2 shows a semi-finished bag which is produced from a section of the entire web, and FIG. 3 shows a finished, filled bag with a transparent central part.
