Photographer's camera with a basic range finder and an image viewer.
The invention relates to a photographic camera with a base range finder and a viewfinder.
Photographic apparatuses have already become known in which the range finder is connected to the viewfinder, but these arrangements have the disadvantage that when the range finder is operated, parallax compensation does not take place between the viewfinder and the lens, which means that the image section to be recorded is particularly when the viewfinder takes close-ups does not reflect exactly.
The disadvantages mentioned are avoided by the subject matter of the present invention, u. Zw. The essence of the same is that the adjustment device for the basic range finder is coupled with an adjustment device for the viewfinder, so that when the range finder is operated, the optical axis of the viewfinder is also adjusted to compensate for the parallax between the viewfinder and lens. The viewfinder can be arranged either in the field of view of the range finder or away from it in or on the range finder housing.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, u. Between FIG. 1 shows a cross section through the range finder, in the housing of which the viewfinder is located, while FIG. 2 shows an associated plan section. FIG. 3 is a longitudinal section through another exemplary embodiment in which, when the distance is set by moving an eye lens, the viewing direction through the viewfinder and the range finder is changed; FIG. 4 is a plan section of FIG. 3.
In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 and 2, when the distance is set, the entire range finder housing including the viewfinder located therein, which is arranged in the viewing axis of the range finder, is inevitably adjusted. 1 and 2 are the rangefinder's two mirrors. The mirror 2 is adjusted by means of the control cam 3 by means of the adjusting knob 4.
The entire housing 5 of the rangefinder, in which the optical parts are located, is mounted so that it can be tilted about the axis 6, so that the viewfinder can be adjusted by tilting the rangefinder about the axis 6.
On the adjustment axis of the rangefinder, in addition to the already mentioned control curve 3 for the viewfinder, a control curve designed as a cam disk 7 is arranged, which slides on a stop 8 by the influence of the spring 9, which moves the housing of the rangefinder upwards. At the same time, the viewfinder 12 is arranged in the viewing axis 10 of the range finder. When setting the distance by means of button 4, the parallax compensation of the viewfinder is inevitable.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the direction of view through the viewfinder 12 or the range finder is changed when the distance is set by moving the eye lens 11. The housing 5 of the rangefinder retains its fixed position in this case. The eye lens 11 is at one end of a lever 13 which is mounted pivotably about the axis 14. arranged.
This lever is controlled by the control cam 7 when the range finder is set. The adjustment of the control cams 7, 3 arranged on one and the same axis for the adjustment of the eye lens and the adjustment of the rangefinder takes place by means of an adjustment knob 4.
