Die Drehbewegung des Drehkranzes (4) wird mittels zweier doppelwirkender Hydraulikzylinder (3), die jeweils an den Pendeldoppelachsaggregat (1) und der Doppelrahmenkonstruktion (2) angelenkt sind, bewirkt. Die doppelwirkenden Hydraulikzylinder (3) werden vom Zugfahrzeug aus von einem doppelwirkenden Steuergerät, das mit Hydraulikschläuchen mit den doppelwirkenden Hydraulikzylindern (3) verbunden ist, angesteuert.
