Process for the production of the metal components of massagers operated with pressurized water by composite casting.

Massagers operated with pressurized water are known, in which the supply and discharge of the water takes place through two flexible hoses lying one inside the other. Apparatuses of this kind are significantly more compensatory and also easier to use than apparatuses in which the pressurized water is supplied and discharged in adjacent hoses. However, the concentric arrangement of the hoses means that the connection piece to the water pipe and the massage head are quite complicated
Must be hollow body because they must have the concentric connectors for the hoses.

Producing these pieces by screwing tubes and other hollow space pieces into one another is out of the question because of the price, since the massage apparatus is only marketable as a relatively cheap mass product.

The invention now aims to produce the metal pieces of the massage apparatus by composite casting with a significantly simplified molding process, and consists in that the inside of the hollow
Cast body lying pipe and other hollow parts in the mold are used partly as a core support, partly as a core, so that after the casting, the parts used as the core are firmly cast into the cast body, while the parts used only as core support after removal of the core mass form an inner conduit cavity surrounded by an outer concentric conduit cavity.

In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in section as an example in FIG. 1 as a casting mold for a connection piece and in FIG. 2 as such for a massage head. In the outer hollow shape 1, the tube 2 is inserted, which in part, u. between points 3 and 4 forms the core, but between points 4 and 5 only forms the core support for core 6. After the casting, the tube 2 is firmly cast in the areas where it has itself formed the core, while it is surrounded by the cavity forming the outer line in the areas where it was only core support. The massage head, which carries the rubber massage organ that causes the massage to vibrate by alternating water admission, must have a ring of small bores 1 for water admission.

For this purpose, the hollow ring 8 is attached to the tube 2, which together with the tube piece forms part of the core.
