Tabakdose mit Zigarettenwickelvorrichtung.
Es sind bereits Tabakdosen mit Einrichtungen zum Drehen von Zigaretten bekannt, bei denen eine Mulde eines an der Deckelinnenseite laufenden Wickeltuches mittels einer Walze, die mittels Lenker in vorgesehenen Schlitzen gesteuert wird, am Deckel von rückwärts nach vorne bis zu einer am Deckel vorgesehenen Austrittsöffnung befördert wird. Bei diesen Ausführungsformen wird aber der Tabak aus der gewickelten Zigarette vorstehen. Dieser Nachteil wird durch den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung dadurch behoben, dass die die Schlitze zur Führung der Walze tragenden Wände der Tabakdose mit Wulsten, Auspressungen od. dgl. ausgestattet sind, wodurch ein Eindrücken des Tabaks in die Zigarettenenden möglich wird.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand schematisch veranschaulicht, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der Dose im Schnitt, Fig. 2 eine Vorderansicht der Dose, wobei das Wickeltuch zur besseren Darstellung teilweise entfernt ist. Beide Darstellungen zeigen die Dose im geöffneten Zustand. 1 ist der Dosenunterteil, 2 der Dosendeckel. Die Teile 1, 2 sind miteinander durch das Scharnier 9 verbunden. Der Dosendeckel 2 weist Seitenbleche 4 mit Führungschlitzen 5 auf, in denen die Zapfen der Rolle 6 gleiten können.
Die Rolle 6 wird durch die Lenker 7 geführt, die einerseits am Deckelunterteil 1 drehbar befestigt und anderseits mit den Zapfen der Rolle 6 verbunden sind. 8 ist das Wickeltuch. 11 ist eine Ausnehmung des Dosendeckels, durch die die fertige Zigarette ins Freie befördert wird. 12 sind Auspressungen, die gemäss der Erfindung an den Seitenflächen 4 vorgesehen sind.
Die Vorrichtung funktioniert in folgender Weise. Bei geöffneter Dose ist das Wickeltuch 8 nicht gespannt und bildet eine Mulde x (Fig. 1), in die der Tabak eingelegt wird.
Der Tabak wird nun in der genannten Mulde x ein wenig gepresst und hierauf ein Zigarettenpapier an das Wickeltuch 8 angelegt, worauf der Dosendeckel 2 langsam geschlossen wird. Infolge der mit dem Schliessen der Dose verbundenen Bewegung der Walze 6 entlang der Führungsschlitze 5 wird der Tabak und das Zigarettenpapier in der vom Wickeltuch gebildeten Mulde x gedreht und dabei gleichzeitig das offene Zigarettenpapier, dessen Rand vor dem Einlegen befeuchtet wird, zugeklebt. Nahe der Austrittsöffnung 11 sind die Auspressungen 12 angeordnet, die vorstehende Tabakteilchen in dite-cigarette hineinpressen, so dass die fertige Zigarette, die durch die Öffnung 11 des Dosendeckels 2 ins Freie befördert wird, keinen vorragenden Tabak aufweist.
Da der Abstand zwischen den beiden Auspressungen 12 kleiner ist als zwischen den beiden Wänden 4, ist der Tabak genötigt, sich im Inneren der Zigarette zusammenzupressen, so dass auch eine dichtere Füllung der Zigarette erzielt wird.

Tobacco boxes with devices for rolling cigarettes are already known in which a trough of a wrapping cloth running on the inside of the lid is conveyed on the lid from backwards to the front to an outlet opening on the lid by means of a roller which is controlled by means of a handlebar in slots provided . In these embodiments, however, the tobacco will protrude from the wrapped cigarette. This disadvantage is remedied by the subject matter of the present invention in that the walls of the tobacco box carrying the slots for guiding the roller are equipped with beads, press-outs or the like, which enables the tobacco to be pressed into the cigarette ends.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is illustrated schematically, u. FIG. 1 shows a side view of the can in section, FIG. 2 shows a front view of the can, the wrapping cloth being partially removed for better illustration. Both illustrations show the can in the open state. 1 is the bottom part of the can, 2 is the can lid. The parts 1, 2 are connected to one another by the hinge 9. The can lid 2 has side plates 4 with guide slots 5 in which the pins of the roller 6 can slide.
The roller 6 is guided by the links 7, which on the one hand are rotatably attached to the lower cover part 1 and on the other hand are connected to the pins of the roller 6. 8 is the swaddle. 11 is a recess in the can lid through which the finished cigarette is conveyed into the open. 12 are press-outs which are provided on the side surfaces 4 according to the invention.
The device works in the following way. When the can is open, the wrapping cloth 8 is not stretched and forms a trough x (FIG. 1) into which the tobacco is inserted.
The tobacco is now pressed a little in the cited trough x and a cigarette paper is then placed on the wrapping cloth 8, whereupon the can lid 2 is slowly closed. As a result of the movement of the roller 6 along the guide slots 5 associated with the closing of the can, the tobacco and the cigarette paper are rotated in the trough x formed by the wrapping cloth and at the same time the open cigarette paper, the edge of which is moistened before being inserted, is glued shut. Close to the outlet opening 11 are the expressions 12 which press protruding tobacco particles into the dite-cigarette so that the finished cigarette, which is conveyed into the open through the opening 11 of the can lid 2, does not have any protruding tobacco.
Since the distance between the two expressions 12 is smaller than between the two walls 4, the tobacco is forced to compress inside the cigarette, so that the cigarette is also filled more densely.
