Der Zigarettenbehälter besteht aus dem Unterteil 1 und dem Deckel 2. Beide Teile sind mittels Scharniers 3 aufklappbar miteinander verbunden. Innerhalb an dem Unterteil ι sind Seitenschilder 4 befestigt, die einerseits als Lagerung für die. Walzen 5 und 6 und anderseits als seitliche Begrenzer für die Tabakeinlage dienen. In dem Deckel 2 sind Seitenstücke 7 angebracht, in welchen die Walzen 8, 9 "gelagert sind. Über bzw. unter den Walzen 5, 6 und 8, 9 wird das Wickeltuch 10 geführt. An dem einen Ende 11 des Wickeltuches 10 ist eine Querschiene 12 mit Seitenwinkeln 13 vorgesehen, an welch letzteren Spiralfedern 14 befestigt sind. Die Federn stützen sich mit ihrem andern Ende gegen die an dem Unterteil 1 befestigten Winkel 15, so daß das Wickeltuch 10 sich beim Vorziehen während des Wickelvorganges mittels des Zugorganes 16 in Längsrichtung verschieben kann. Das an dem Wickelband befestigte Zugorgan 16 ist durch einen an der Vorderwand des Deckels 2 vorgesehenen Schlitz 17 geführt. Ein Abreißen des Wickeltuches infolge zu weiten Vorziehens kann nicht eintreten, da ein Querstück 29, an welchem das Zugorgan 16 befestigt ist, den Vorgang des Wickeltuches begrenzt (Abb. 3). Die Walze 6 ist zu dem Scharnierteil 21 so angeordnet, daß sich die in aufgeklappter Stellung des Deckels 2 bildende Tuchfalte 23 in den Zwischenraum 24 eindrücken läßt und so eine Mulde 25 zum Einfüllen des Tabaks bildet. Die Walze 9 ist zu dem Scharnierteil 26 derart angeordnet, daß eie bei geschlossenem Deckel mit einem kleinen Abstand genau über der Walze 6 steht, .so daß das eingelegte Papierblättchen 27 beim Wickeln zwischen den Walzen hindurchgleiten kann. Über dem Wickeltuch und den Federn sind Doppelboden 28 vorgesehen, auf welche das Zigarettenpapier und die fertigen Zigaretten gelegt werden. . Der Wickelvorgang ist folgender:
