Aus einer gerippten Hartgummiplatte mit Stiel bestehende Bürste.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine mit Stiel versehene Bürstenplatte aus Hartgummi mit gerippter Arbeitsfläche, die bekanntlich durch Reibung elektrisch wird und dadurch staubanziehend wirkt. Gemäss der Erfindung ist die Bürste so ausgebildet, dass ihre Rippen unter einem spitzen Winkel zu der durch den Stiel gegebenen Arbeitsrichtung liegen, wodurch erreicht wird, dass die reibende und dadurch elektrisierende Wirkung der Rippen bei der Arbeitsbewegung erhöht wird und dass die Fasern und Fäden (Haare) von samtartigen Geweben, insbesondere Teppichen u. dgl., besser in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Rippen eindringen und dort den Staub abgeben können, als dies bei senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung verlaufenden Rippen der Fall wäre.
Insbesondere für hochflorige (langhaarige) Teppiche ist es nicht günstig, die Rippen senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung zu stellen, weil die Bewegung holprig wird ; bei einer Bewegung der Bürste in der Längsrichtung der Rippen dagegen bleiben Gassen stehen, die nicht gereinigt werden.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand durch ein Ausführungsbeispiel veranschaulicht, u. zw. zeigen die Fig. 1 die Bürste gemäss der Erfindung in Draufsicht und Fig. 2 in Seitenansicht.
Der mit Rippen 6 versehene Bürstenkörper 1 ist mit einem gegen seine Arbeitsfläche entsprechend geneigten langen Stiel 7 versehen, um die Bürste nach Art eines Staubsaugers handhaben zu können.
Die Rippen, die parallel zu den Kanten 2,4 und 3, 5 der Bürste verlaufen, sind schräg zu der durch die Lage des Stieles gegebenen Arbeitsrichtung, die mit der Diagonale 2,. 3 übereinstimmt, angeordnet.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Umriss der Bürste viereckig bzw. quadratisch, und der geneigte Stiel ist in einer durch eine Diagonale (2,. 3) des Viereckes gehenden, auf der Bürsten- fläche senkrechten Ebene geneigt angeordnet, so dass eine Ecke (2) des Viereckes in der Arbeitsrichtung nach vorne zu liegen kommt, wodurch ermöglicht ist, mit dem Gerät bequem auch in sonst schwer zugängliche Ecken und Winkel zu gelangen und aus diesen den Staub u. dgl. zu entfernen.
Der Umriss der Bürste kann auch rhombisch oder dreieckig und allenfalls auch nicht geradlinig begrenzt sein, um eine beim Arbeiten nach vorne gerichtete Ecke oder Spitze zu bieten.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Aus einer gerippten Hartgummiplatte mit Stiel bestehende Bürste, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen der Platte unter einem spitzen Winkel zu der durch die Richtung des Stieles gegebenen Arbeitsrichtung angeordnet sind.
