Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Einlegen von Gummifäden in Rundstrickmaschinen mit zwei übereinander angeordneten Nadelzylindern, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Socken, Strümpfen, Stutzen u. dgl. mit am Schaftende eingestrickten Gummifäden.
Um die Spannung des in die Maschenreihen einzustrickenden Gummifadens sehr genau regeln zu können, wie dies bei Rundstrickmaschinen der oben erwähnten Art notwendig ist, wird gemäss der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, die bei feststehendem Schlossmantel an der Maschine oder bei sich drehendem Schlossmantel an diesem lotrecht stehend angeordnete Gummifadenspule auf einer Schraubenfeder ruhend anzuordnen und sie auf die Feder durch ein auf einem Bremshebel verstellbares Gewicht, also mit einstellbarem Druck, niederdrücken zu lassen. Es ist dabei zweckmässig, dass der am Bremshebel sitzende Bremsklotz auf einer am oberen Ende der Gummifadenrolle befestigten Bremsscheibe aufliegt.
In der Zeichnung ist eine gemäss der Erfindung ausgebildete. Vorrichtung beispielsweise veranschaulicht. Fig. 1 zeigt die-Vorrichtung in Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 in Draufsicht.
Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist die Achse p für die Gummifadenspule h an dem vom Schlossmantel o wegstehenden Tragarm q befestigt. Am unteren Ende der Achse p ist zwischen den Scheiben e, g eine Schraubenfeder f angeordnet, die die Gummifadenspule h federnd trägt. Am oberen Ende der Achse p ist der Bremshebel b angelenkt, auf dem das Bremsgewicht a verstellbar sitzt. Der Bremshebel b trägt einen Bremsklotz e, der auf der Bremsscheibe d aufliegt, die am oberen Ende der Gummifadenspule h befestigt ist. Durch Verstellen des- Bremsgewichtes a auf dem Bremshebel b wird die Spannung für den Gummifaden eingestellt. Am Tragarm q ist ein mit einer Sperrklinke ml versehener Hebel m angelenkt.
Die Klinke ml kann in eine Rast des unteren Randes der Gummifadenspule h eingelegt werden, so dass die Spule h gegen Drehung gesichert ist. Das Feststellen der Spule h kann auch durch einen Klemmhebel bewirkt werden. Zwischen dem Gummifadenführer i und der Gummifadenspule h ist ein Fadenführer l vorgesehen, der unter dem Einfluss einer Schraubenfeder i steht. Am Schlossmantel o ist eine Gummifadenklemme angeordnet, in die das abgeschnittene Ende des Gummifadens eingelegt werden kann. Sie besteht aus einem schmalen Metallband k und einer auf diesem liegenden Blattfeder k.
