Einschaltung der Widerstände J'a,-S überschaltet.

EMI1.1
The most important regulating organs of a transformer, the voltage of which is to be regulated under load, are tap changers and load switches. Both parts have to work together in a manner known per se in such a way that the tap selector establishes the connection to a certain stage of the transformer without current, while the load switch switches over to the stage prepared by the tap selector with full operating current. With this method of operation, the tap selector can be accommodated in the actual transformer box, while the oil in the load switch and, as a result, the load switch itself must be kept completely separate from the rest of the transformer, taking into account the arc that occurs when switching over.
This spatial separation and, on the other hand, the necessary cooperation between tap selector and load switch present the designer with very difficult tasks. In the known designs, these have only been solved with great expenditure of space and at the expense of accessibility and exchangeability of the individual parts.
However, in order to also meet these conditions, which are important for economic efficiency and operational safety, according to the invention the load switch and tap selector and the bushing insulator connecting them are to be combined with one another in such a way that they are connected with one another in a plug-like manner with regard to the drive shafts by couplings and with regard to the lines.
The connection of these organs can then be established or released after loosening a few fastening screws by moving in the axial direction as a whole or individually.
The invention is to be described in detail using the illustration of a phase. a, means the winding of the transformer, which is tapped at b and connected to the tap selector c. From the tap selector c the lines lead through the bushing d to the load switch e, f is the connection for the outgoing line, while the incoming line is led into the transformer at g.
The tap selector c is attached to the cover 3 of the transformer box by means of insulation parts 1 and 2. The outgoing from the tap selector lines and 5 are connected to the connector-like terminals 6 and 7 carried by the insulation parts 1 and 2. The corresponding mating contacts 8 and 9 are attached to the bushing d and connected to the load switch e with two lines passing through them via smaller bushings 10, 11. The drive shaft 12 for actuating the load switch e is also located in the implementation d h. It is connected to the shaft 13 of the tap selector through the coupling 14.
The load switch contains two series resistors 15 and 16, each of which has two contact points 17, 18 and 19, 20 at their ends, with which the double-pole changeover switch 21 alternately makes contact when the crank 22 is moved under the action of the spring 23,

Switching on the resistors J'a, -S is switched off. The connecting lines coming from the small bushings 10, 11 with the tap selector e are connected in an insulated manner to the plugs 24 and 25, which make contact with the resistors 15 and 16. Also the

Changeover switch-M is connected to the connection terminal f of the outgoing line by means of plug 26.
Since the carriage moving the changeover switch can now also be plugged onto the crank 22 moved by the shaft 12, the entire load switch can easily be pulled upwards out of its box 27 after loosening the fastening screws 28, 29. The nuts of the fastening screws 28, 29 are arranged in the vicinity of the oil level in such a way that they are accessible from the outside without draining the oil. It is also useful to divide the box 27 slightly above the base area. In this way you can lift off the box after draining the oil and have all parts of the load switch open in front of you.
The embodiment described allows both the bushing cl together with the load switch e to be pulled out of the transformer after the flange connections have been loosened, and the load switch e can also be removed from its box 27 by itself.
